I am waiting 8 days now to be processed as a customer. The support is not coming back to my emails for days and I advised them upfront that it's urgent. On top of that today they finally Login instructions but without info on login details. When clicking 'forget password' no links come to me, I felt powerless since beginning and am happy to see this performance before signing a 12 months contract.

I normally don't write reviews but I ordered a phone by 8x8 been over 3 months still not received it. Sent many emails no response took my money. I would avoid.

I'm currently in the final stages of moving my VoIP services from a prominent UK telco to 8x8.com. I must say it was surprising to see all of the 1-star a negative reviews on here, particularly for customer service issues. Throughout the process of migrating to 8x8 I have been dealing with Stuart Woodfall, who has been managing the process. Stuart has provided nothing but first class service throughout. Unlike many in this industry, Stuart has never failed to deliver on his promises. He actually does the things he says he's going to do, and we feel like valued customers. Any quibbles I have raised, Stuart has acted on them straight away. He's assisted me with the forms I needed to complete, taken my comments on bespoke configuration and sorted it all out for me on the backend. Along with Sam Chamberlain he's sorted out the porting of the 50+ phone numbers we wanted to retain. Always available for a quick collaboration. I honestly cannot say enough good things. If 8x8 want to learn a few customer service lessons to sort out these negative reviews, they need to put Stu in charge of it. In terms of the service itself, we've initially tested the equipment etc and it all seems to work well without any obvious problems. The backend is very easy to use and configure. SSO is a godsend for end users and the 8x8 Work app is wonderful. All in all, very impressed so far.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service / support. When we went to leave all of sudden they came alive, but only the collections team cap in hand throwing round threats of legal action / reporting the business to credit agencies etc. Give them a wide berth, much better out there.

After a year and a half of excuses from 8x8 around why i have been getting poor customer service and SLAs from onboarding to support and account management, i have found out that Daisy Comms can offer platinum 8x8 support. After an infinitely better experience and immediate resolution when giving them some of the issues i have been facing i decided to jump ship. I have been trying for the past 2 months to migrate my contract but, guess what, nothing but holdups due to billing team being unable to get me a final invoice or contracts team unable complete the contract for the migration! its just one issue after another followed by one excuse after another. i cant wait for this to be over!

I have been a business customer for 8x8. I had a zoom meeting with them where they showed me an auto dialer. After purchasing and downloading the auto dialer after the presentation, I could not use it as the software did not actually work. I ended up spending: 30+ emails back and forth with tech support and customer service. 1 tech guy actually told me to wait as he was watching something on his TV in the background and started commented on it. I was then told that they could not fix the software and accepted canceling the contract on the basis it did not work. I am still yet to receive not only a refund but 8x8 are still taking large direct debits from my account for thousands of pounds even when I have sent confirmation of my cancellation. This is not only illegal but immoral. I am now planning to take legal action against them.

tech support has been absolutely horrible today. I am unable to send text messages and the first thing I was told is that I had to upgrade to X2...why did they not tell me this before. It is imperative for me to have flawless texting for my job. Then we sort that out, but I still can't send or receive texts...I was told it would be escalated to Tier 2 because the problem couldn't be resolved by their Tier 1 techs...that was 5 hours ago. When I look at the support tickets that they opened, they listed the matter as a 'MODERATE ISSUE' after I explicitly told them it was imperative and that my productivity was nill without texting. Here we are 5 hours later and nothing. Everything else fine....tech support, HORRIBLE! Can't get a phone call??? After 5 hours???

‼️AVOID AVOID AVOID‼️ I never leave reviews but I am absolutely fuming!! I have spent the best part of 3 hours trying to verify my account, log in to my account after I have just signed up. Can’t get through to any of the so called support, just keep getting fobbed off with an automated one.. I have just sent an email to them to cancel my account with immediate effect, and warned them to not take any money out of my account.. and I will take it further if they do. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear.. worst company I have had the misfortune to encounter.
