Quality work at an affordable price.

Rock-solid customer service and great products at the best price. We order from them all the time as our only heat transfer supplier. In all our time ordering with 613 (going on three years now), we have rarely experienced any issue. On the rare occasions that we have, they've made it right immediately (as in *immediately* correcting the issue and overnighting it to us). Great company, and easily the best we've used for heat transfers.

This company has grown to be a really valued part of our team. I am visually impaired, and occasionally am traveling, and the support team at 613 recently uploaded my art and input my order all the way until the payment section. This made my ability to place the order so incredibly easy. Being visually impaired is not super easy, especially not with online stuff. But the team at 613makes it a breeze. They are really attentive to the art review and send detailed notices if there is going to be problems with the ink. After a few bumps, they now perfectly package all their ink sheets, so that they’re not bent or damaged in any way when we receive them. In addition, they will tell you exactly when they are going to ship your ink. I kind of feel like as they’ve grown as we’ve grown. We are so happy to have them as partners. I have have been using this company for many years... Even before the where called 613 Originals... The prints always work great and they always get them out when they say they will... and the couple times there where any issues they quickly fixed and overnighted the re-print... Even if the mistake was my fault they worked with me... I have tried other transfer companies in the past and no body delivers like these guys... During Covid, when I am sure they ran skeleton crews, they made a tough choice to stop taking new customers so they could take care the existing customer base efficiently! Smart move in my opinion... My business model would take a hit without 613... I never give reviews because I am so busy printing shirts and I never have the time, but these guys have certainly earned it from me!
