I love the dtfs. I did have one peel off of the backing. But other than that everything is great.

I think it would be more effective if we received an email and a phone call about graphic design issues.

Aiden saved the day, I had a print issue that support couldn't find themselves at fault when it was clear in the description. I went through two support personnel and lastly Aiden got involved and got the prints reprinted. Thank you so much Aiden for your full support and delivery the prints in a timely manner.

The instructions for pressing the shirts aren't fully accurate, but luckily they send you examples that we were able to practice on first. We found out we needed about 4 minutes for the shirts when pressing. That is a huge difference with the suggested 7 seconds on the instructions. Otherwise it looks great and seems to stick very well on the shirts.

User friendly website, the ordering process is always easy, and turnaround time is fast! I only gave 4 stars because I would like it if my files never expired. Also, It would be nice to be able to view my entire order history.
