Received some prints that were cracking/falling off the transfer paper. Majority of the transfers didn't adhere well to the products, particularly the ones in full white. We rule out user error because we got the exact same designs in other colors that worked. Asked for a refund for the messed up prints we received and gave photo proof. They didn't want to give a refund because it'd be too difficult for them and only offered a coupon. After some back and forth I asked if they could just reprint them and they did. Didn't want to deal with the customer service again so we decided to take the loss and not ask for refunds for the low quality prints

I don't feel like customer service really wants to go the extra step for a value added screen printer.

i seem to have nothing but troubles with your gang sheets i had 6 sweat shirts to do it literally took me 45 minutes i follow your instructions to a T and they still dont work they dont want to pull off and stay . Ive used FM and those are fine i actually had to keep them heated for 120 seconds for them to come close to working never again

most of time I am pressing cotton/poly shirts with 350 / 7second as instructed. lately backing glue is strong enough for small art work or thin lettering. when you peel off, corner of art work or lettering is comes off. therefore we have to re-press it again to make sure it stays on.

The puff print still continues to crack on our hoodies after only a few washes.

The DTF do not transfer to garments uniformly, very much a hit & miss.

they don't put a ticker with sheets number on the sheets, it's hard to know which one is what that way

I recently purchased two sets of heat transfers from 613. Both experiences were about the same. The products were ok however the customer service is terrible! Be very aware as they are very sneaky and untrustworthy folk. I game them several tries to correct my issue and finally gave up.
