A much needed order went missing in the shipping process (but no fault of our own). Even after checking with all the neighbors and filing a claim with USPS - no luck finding my box that had been "delivered" 5 days prior. 613 learned of the issue and understood my dilemma and was willing to reprint the missing order and ship as fast as possible! I made my customers deadline within a day window! I cannot ask for any better customer service and integrity from a business. As a business owner myself, USPS lost a package going to my customer, and I did the same thing - I reprinted the order and took care of my customer! It's how small business can survive.
