I received my unit and it does not flash nor do the indicator light come on. I need a new one.

Easy to use and works great, after a couple of uses you start to notice areas with no hair. Defo recommend.

This company is very good, as well as the product, and the customer service. I received my device about 12 weeks ago. I started to use it the next day. Very fast I realized it was not getting warm enough. So I contacted customer service explaining what the problem was. We exchanged emails for about a week or two. We finally came up with a solution that pleased both parties. They told me that I would get a new device by mail. I asked if I had to return the other device, they told me no. When I got the new one, I started to use it right away. It does work really well. I have been using the laser for 12 weeks now and I must say that I am now hair free. I followed the instructions very carefully and that I am very pleased with the results. I don't understand why people are complaining so much. Customer service people were really nice and very helpful. And the laser works. I am a 75 years old woman who won't need to shave anymore!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I tried this product twice a week for 10 months. It stopped working within 1-3 months every time. I would reach out and they would ship me a new one. This happened 3 times. By the time I was at 10 months it quit working again and I requested a refund on 4/29/24. It is now first week of June and going on 6 weeks of constant emailing and phone calls. Every time, I get a response that it was forwarded to the relevant team, and they will get back to me but never do. They have requested my Zelle info which I have provided twice. I am currently still waiting on a response. I would also like to add this product did not work. I still have hair growth even after all this time. I should have known it wouldn't work with how quickly they would offer to send me a new device. I didn't even have to return the broken one, which seemed strange. I now have 3 devices that do not even turn on. I wait to see what excuse I will receive after this.

Product is terrible. Customer service is non existent. I never write reviews, however, I am hoping to save someone from wasting their money. This product does not work. 0 results after using 3-4 x per week for several weeks. Now, the machine has a lag and sometimes doesn't even flash. I tried to reach out to the company to no avail. I filed a complaint with BBB, 5minskin said a member of the team would reach out. They never did. Now I am outside of the 90 day return window with a product that doesn't work, and that is basically broken as well. Interesting way to run a business. Or maybe I just got scammed! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It seems to be working but you need to commit to regular shaving and treatment every second day.

Support was great! There was a delay on my part getting the item returned. Support reached out twice with friendly reminders and questions if there was anything needed from them, which was very much appreciated!

Excellent customer service. They responded very promptly and made sure to meet my needs. They replaced my 5minskin with a new one as it had stopped working. Thank you!
