I received this as a Christmas gift in 2024. I have used the device religiously on different areas every day since. It is now September 2025 and I have yet to see a significant change in hair growth let alone permanent removal. I even went to their site to see if I could buy the pre-treatment prep stuff but couldn't find it. I bought a different brand so we'll see how or if that one makes a difference.

This product didn’t work for me. And yes I meet the light skin darker hair demographic they state it works best on. I used it on my face and it did lighten the hair and maybe slowed the growth but I don’t think so. It didn’t work on my underarms at all, and I have been using it well more than the noted amount of time it states to use it.

My 5minute skin device has stopped working. I don't remember the exact date I purchased it but It hasn't been used often enough to quit. The green light comes on but I can't get it to activate the front lights which are necessary for it to work.

I purchased 5MinSkin MicroSculpt + Hyaluronic Acid Serum and more product ($227.00) in January 2025 from 5minskin. I noticed a "nic", (pin head size) on the left roller on my third use the other day. I asked is it safe to use, no answer. I didn't drop the product, so it was over looked at shipment, my first microscult. I called customer service 6 times, left a messages, and no response. I sent 2 emails, still no response, when they tried to sell me more. Their customer service dept is non-existent at anytime of day or night. I am going to purchase from a company that stands behind its product. I don't recommend 5minskin, no, no no. 3/17- I read 5 minskin's response, note no person to contact nor contract info and no message in my spam, NOTHING. I called them again(7th time), their customer service number 888-860-1504 and got a recording, we are busy with others, leave a message and we will call. No call for me, still waiting, a bunch of BS, don't deal with this company, they take your money and forget about your concerns, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!

Customer service problems I ordered the laser hair removal device start of December as a Christmas gift. I ordered the £40 creams package aswell as their basic deal which should have included creams. When it arrived, very late... they had not included my £40 of creams and the basic package creams were missing too. Total value missing £70 of product. Customer service offered me back a refund but not for All the missing items. No word from them since and no confirmation of any refund yet. I guess I'll contact my credit card company next. I wouldn't buy from this company. Pain to deal with. Missing items. No refunds yet...

5MINSKIN ELECTRIC DERMAPLANING TOOL + FREE HAIR IDENTIFIER SPRAY - 50% OFF NEW YEAR SALE. This is what they advertised. All I recieved was the dermaplaning tool. When I emailed I was told due to high volumes of sales there was no more hair identifier spray, and they would refund me $5.00. Seriously why are you advertising something you can't supply. Regret going with this company, because they should fulfill their promise.

Customer service is non existent. I ordered a dermaplaning tool with a free identifier spray and 6 replacement blades on December 2-2024. Says shipping in 2 to 4 days. Yesterday I finally received a package. There is only the dermaplaning tool. Haven’t received the free spray or the 6 replacement blades I paid for . I’ve tried to email and call. The 1-800 number says the mailbox is full. Nice. I guess I’ll have to contact my credit card company

I ordered 2 items on Dec 8th and they advertise fast 2 to 3 days shipping. Here it is Dec. 19th and still nothing, I have emailed them nothing, I've called their so called support and left at least 5 messages, Nothing!! I almost feel it is a scam. If I don't hear anything by 21st gonna contact credit card company. Ordered it for a Christmas present. Well finally got my order on 23rd
