Hi Cindy, I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Patriot Power Generator. We are experiencing higher-than-normal call volume at this time and are working hard to fix the delay in service as it is not our typical standard. The current world events have caused a spike in demand for our products. I have put together some basic troubleshooting steps for your convenience. Unit Does Not Hold A Charge As It Should- Please verify the amount of time whatever you have plugged into the unit will run by dividing that item's wattage by 768 (storage capacity of the battery in the Patriot Power Generator 1800). If the unit is a 1500 model, you'll be dividing the wattage by 600 since that unit has a smaller storage capacity for the battery. If after verifying the wattage output it still doesn't seem right, please contact technical support. Unit Shuts Down After Short Period Of Time/Unit Will Not Charge Fully- Your Patriot Power Generator may need to have a master reset conducted. If your unit is the 1500 model, simply turn the key off, wait for 5-10 minutes, and turn the unit back on. If your unit is the 1800 model, drain the unit until it shuts itself down and recharge the unit fully using the AC charging cable. Please be aware that charging with the AC charging cable will take at least 4 hours. If you're using a single 100-watt folding solar panel, that time frame is 8-10 hours in direct and optimal sunlight. If it still will not reset/charge fully, please contact technical support. If you have any other questions, please contact our technical support team at 1-800-680-8504, then press Option #3 for technical support.

The current world events have caused a spike in demand for our products. All items for these orders were shipped except the Roll & Go Cart and the String Lights. An email was sent to all customers explaining the delay due to those items being on backorder. I do apologize if you have not received that email correspondence. The ETA for those 2 items will be mid-October and will be shipped immediately once back in. Also, our refund/return policy is listed on our sales pages and main website www.4patriots.com.
