Hi Debra, thank you for your review and feedback. I'm sorry to hear of the experience you have had with your order and customer service. We are experiencing higher-than-normal call volume at this time and are working hard to fix the delay in service as it is not our typical standard. The current world events have caused a spike in demand for our products. After a review of your order, I do see that all items have been shipped and delivered to you except the Roll & Go Cart and the String Lights. An email was sent to all customers explaining the delay due to those items being on BO. I do apologize if you have not received that email correspondence. The ETA for those 2 items will be mid-October and will be shipped immediately once back in. Again, we apologize for the current hold times, as we are working hard to correct this and we appreciate your patience.

Hi Richard, thank you for your review and feedback. While we make every effort to source products domestically, some product categories, particularly those electronic in nature, are difficult or impossible to find adequate manufacturing in the US. This is not just a cost issue, but a supply chain, engineering and manufacturing capacity issue. Very few products like computers, cell phones, televisions, etc. are made in the US, and we're not a large enough company to build or re-engineer the appropriate production to do the advanced technology work we source and our customers demand. While many customers would prefer all products to be American made (as we would too), the reality is very few customers are willing to pay 3-5x the cost to make that happen. We insist that our 4Patriots food products and sister-company (Patriot Health Alliance) supplement products are produced in the US. But we're able to do that because the appropriate partners exist today. 4Patriots is a family-owned business based in Nashville, Tenn. Hi Barry, thank you for your review and feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your order arrived with missing parts. After a review of your account, I do see that a representative assisted you when you called in on the 8th and a request was submitted to have the lid shipped to you as soon as possible. They informed you of the extra filters being currently on BO and will be back in stock in mid-October and will be shipped separately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

With our generator returns labels are sent to be used for the solar panels and any other bonus items. The box with a prepaid label already attached will be sent for the generator.
