I should have done more research before purchasing. Pathetic communication when it comes to deliveries. Purchase based on a promotion they had going on, but they don't live up to it.

I bought a. Lackout Buddy from 4 Patriots and had issues after a few weeks. I returned it to receive another unit that does not work properly. After multiple mails and multiply none resolution to the product they refused a Refund saying it is past the refund time. This has occurred due to there poor response time and constant changing of personnel responding. Bad customer service. I have other products from them with no issue. I am very disappointed in there responses and there interesting resolving the issue.

I made a mistake of buying a generator thwt had problems from the time it showed up. Didn’t turn on , wouldn’t hold charge. I tried to contact customer service and it was hours on hold Unfortunately I didn’t take the time to read reviews ,I’m leaving this in hopes that other people don’t make the same mistake.

I purchased the Patriot Pure Ultimate Water Filtration System 2025 Edition. It works great. Water tastes very good. The problem I had was setting it up. Most of the directions were good. BUT a lot more detailed instructions are needed when first filling it up. The 5 filters will absorb a gallon of water (nothing is said about that happening). It takes 2 more gallons to fill it up. The screen went blank so wouldn't show charge or anything. Called customer service and troubleshoot with no change. They will not replace the generator even tho it was never used once. Purchased in 2025. Said no guarantee after year. Do not purchase!

Very good service arrived in timely manor . The food taste great.the water filter I thought was extremely slow .over all give 5star.
