Hello, We’re sorry to hear how strongly you feel, and appreciate you sharing your perspective. 4Patriots is a U.S.-based company, and our products are designed here at our headquarters. Like most consumer electronics brands, some components — especially lithium batteries and other electronic parts — are sourced and manufactured overseas due to global supply chain realities. Other items, such as certain food products, are packaged or produced in the U.S., depending on the category. We understand that country of origin matters to many customers, and we always aim to be transparent in our product descriptions so people can make informed decisions. If you’ve had a specific product or warranty experience that led to this feedback, we’d like the opportunity to look into it and help if we can. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and reference this review so our team can follow up directly.

Hello, We’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this situation caused, especially when you were counting on your generator during severe weather. That’s exactly when it should work, and we understand how upsetting it is to discover an issue at that moment. We also hear your concerns about the return window and ongoing payments, and how that impacts your confidence in the purchase. While generators are covered under specific warranty and return timeframes, we still want the chance to review your case and see what options may be available to help with the replacement and overall situation. We’re glad to hear the other items in your kit have been useful, and we’d like the opportunity to improve your experience with the generator as well. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and reference this review so our team can take a closer look and work toward a resolution.

Hello, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused, especially after making such a significant investment. That’s not the level of performance or support we want our customers to have. We understand how disappointing it is to have charging and solar compatibility concerns and to feel unsupported when the unit is outside the warranty window. Your feedback about both the product and the service you received is important and will be shared with our team. We’d still like the opportunity to review your situation and see if there are any options available to help. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and reference this review so we can take a closer look and work toward a resolution. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Hello, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration this has caused. A generator failing so quickly, followed by shipping issues and another unit that won’t power on, is not the experience we want anyone to have with our products. We take reliability and quality seriously, and we’d like the opportunity to review what happened and make this right if we can. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order details and reference this review so our team can escalate your case and work toward a resolution. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with your Model 1800 generator and the frustration surrounding support and repair options. Portable power stations can be impacted by real-world power draw that differs from appliance label ratings, especially during startup surges, but we understand how disappointing it is when a unit fails and you’re left without a clear path forward. We also recognize your concerns regarding repairability and documentation. While we’re unable to provide internal schematics for safety and proprietary reasons, we do want to help however we can. Our team can review your case again, discuss potential service options, and see what support may be available based on the unit and circumstances. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order details and reference this review so we can escalate it and work toward the best possible resolution. We appreciate the candid feedback — it helps us improve both our products and our support experience.

Hello, We’re very sorry to hear about this experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. What you described is unacceptable and does not reflect the quality standards we aim to uphold, especially when it comes to product safety and packaging. It’s also concerning to hear about the difficulty you’ve had reaching a resolution. That’s not the level of support we strive to provide. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order information so our team can prioritize your case, review the products in question, and work toward a proper replacement or resolution as quickly as possible. We’re committed to addressing this and restoring your confidence in us.
