Would give 5 stars but have had a number of prospects who already had my service or had a problem with my company. Should be some sort of updated screening of callers.
Response from 4LegalLeads.comJun 14, 2023
Thank you Diane for the almost 5. We do filter leads and prequalify calls from the perspective clients for whether or not they are currently represented. Sometimes they don't remember, in answering that question, that they have a legal plan membership. As far as the consumer having a problem with the company that provides this membership, that is unfortuantely not something we have control over.

The promo I responded to did not work like it should but my complaint was moved up the chain and acted on pretty fast. Nice calendar but it'd be nicer if it gave you more or a headsup when you needed to make a call. On the website, it's a little hard to find current leads. It seems like this should be the first thing you see when you log on; maybe a big banner that says, "Click here to see your leads."

Hi Sheila, I'm glad we were able to assist you in redeeming your 4LegalLeads Rewards Points retroactively giving you an extra $70 in your account. When you log into your account, the first thing you see are your current leads. Do you see something different? I'm happy to set up a call to walk through your portal with you. What calendar are you referring to? We send you email and SMS text message notification when new leads come in so you always know when to make a call. This is in addition to populating the leads within your account. Please reach out to us at your earliest convenience ([email protected]) and we can set up a walk through.
