There will always be a percentage of leads that meet the critera as leads but do not make a great case. It's the percentage of leads that DO make a great case and sign up with you that make leads worth it! We work with you to continously optimize away from the leads that don't sign up and get you more that do! Hello Mario, Thank you for your review and for your honest remarks and feedback. We are so glad one of your leads came through but we expect our attorney clients to not just break even but for them to find success and bring in many new clients using our platform. We were sorry to see you request a refund of your remaining balance. Of course, we processed the remaining $359.10 back to your credit card. In most cases, we are able to ask a qualifying question about their willingness and ability to hire an attorney. In some of the campaigns, we are not able to ask that question upon intake and we can offer credit for those if they come through. It is frustrating that there will always be some leads where making contact is a challenge. We were able to offer additional research and credit for any lead that you were not able to connect with where we showed some form of questionable contact information. Leads are filtered in real time and sent to you the moment the requests are made. Any lead that goes to our attorney buyer has told us that they are not yet represented and are looking to speak with a legal provider. If they have provided inaccurate information in response to this question, the lead is eligible for credit as you have seen. Hopefully, even if your particular experience only converted 1 lead, you can honestly say that 4LegalLeads.com cares about your success and works hard to make your experience pleasant, easy and successful. We use all your feedback and return of every invalid lead to improve the process going forward day by day so we can better connect you with clients who use your services.
