We do this based on the status updates for each lead. I do not see that you have been updating your lead status. Hello Rodney, Web Leads are sent to you in real time after they go through an extensive filtering process based on the information the person has provided to us. You are correct; Web leads are not vetted prior to sending them to you, they are filtered. Yes, sometimes, the consumer will select an inaccurate category but it is for this reason that we have a very lenient return policy in place. One of the questions we ask on our Criminal Defense forms is if the person is willing/able to pay a legal fee to an attorney and if they say no, we do not send them to our firms that cannot take these types of leads. 100% of our leads are exclusive. If you happen to get the same contact from another source, that is due to the person continuing their search. You are always welcome to bring these to our attention and in most cases, we are willing to credit you for this. Getting to your leads immediately helps you connect with the lead before they continue their search for help. We will always credit you for invaild leads. A portion of leads will be valid but won't have a good case or choose to sign up. And it's important to set expectations remembering that only a percentage of the leads will be sign ups. It is here that you see your ROI. Communication via lead Status updates, allows us to optimize our efforts to get you more and more leads that convert and fewer of those that do not. Right not, of the 11 leads that you have paid for, 5 Statuses have been updated. From this, it appears you have at least a 16.7% conversion rate so far. Hello JB, Business Owner leads (people who own a business and are seeking legal help for any issue) are in VERY high demand and are less frequent than all other categories. While you may have this filter active, it may take some time to see one of these leads once you are in the rotation. If you have your account active, filter active (days/hours selected) and funds in your account, you will be eligible for leads in real time as requests are made. If you have chosen to be active in the middle of the night, it's more likely that you will receive leads because most other accounts are not active at that time. This gives you more opportunity to access the leads. It's a GREAT strategy if you are looking for those more rare lead types. That's GREAT!! You have gotten 1 sale of the 10 leads you have purchased and there's still potential for more. Don't forget to request credit for any truly invalid leads so you can optimize your ROI and we can make adjustments to the campaigns using the feedback. If you don't like selecting your own categories, you are welcome to have us do so on your behalf! By selecting Standard Web leads or Standard Live Calls, we will send you the categories that we deem approprate for legal plans. Most experienced associates enjoy the option the option of self selecting the categories that they feel best suited for and that they have found they are personally able to convert the best. They choose to get priority on those categories by choosing Priority Delivery Select Web leads or Priority Delivery Select Live Calls.
