Your account was funded with approximately $1,000, but to date less than $230 has actually been spent. You have received 12 exclusive, real-time leads, and when two were determined to be invalid under our published return policy, they were promptly credited back to your account. Approximately $770 remains in your account. Our return policy is designed to address invalid leads (such as wrong practice area, wrong location, duplicate, incorrect contact information, etc.). Like every pay-per-lead marketing platform, we cannot guarantee that every valid prospective client will hire an attorney, return a phone call, or ultimately have the financial ability to retain counsel. Those factors are outside the control of any lead generation company. We also note that lead statuses have not been consistently updated in your account, which limits our ability to analyze results and provide optimization recommendations. Following our previous conversation, we understood many of your concerns had been addressed. Since then, we have not received any emails or calls requesting additional assistance before your review was updated. Hello Joan, I'm sorry you did not have a good experience with us last year when you were getting leads. We ALWAYS offer credit for invalid leads and it looks like you only ever requested credit for 2; which we credited back to your account. I see that we sent you 5 Auto Accident Injury leads and we credited you for one of them. It's important to get enough leads to reach the numbers needed to statistically see success. We sent you 16 Bankruptcy leads of which we credited you for 1 but none of the statuses have been updated and no additional credits were requested so we don't know what we need to fix for your campagns. When Status are updated and invalid leads are requested for credit accurately, it's very easy for us to optimize campaigns for you to see upwards of a 20% conversion if not higher! If ever you would like to give us another try, we are here for your success and we together in a partnership.

Hello Karen, We have been speaking with you for some time about best practices and the ability for you to request credit for any invalid leads that slip through our filters. As you know, there are several leads from 2021 that you had never submitted for credit as being invalid. Communication about leads that convert and leads that are invalid help us to optimize campaigns to constantly improve lead quality for your firm and other firms with similar targeting. Sometimes potential clients will mistype their phone number and cause you to connect with someone who was not seeking legal help. I’m so sorry that you experienced a phone call like this. It is for this reason that we have the return system in place. We never want you to pay for an invalid lead. While there were several leads you never requested for credit, you have $2,395 remaining in your account, inclusive of $495 bonus funds we added to your account, all to be used toward future leads as your funding transaction was 8/18/21. You were offered a refund of your remaining balance (within the 120 days) back in November that you opted against this. As you are the paralegal, we would be happy to work hand in hand with you in order to make sure your remaining funds work to bring in valid leads and we would love to see you and your firm have the success that so many of our firms experience.

Hello Richard, I'm sorry you did not experience the true value of working with 4LegalLeads. It appears you only ever funded your account for 4 leads, did not request credit for any of them letting us know they were invalid, did not reach out to us in any way to discuss your experience so we could take action, and you did not respond to any of our reach outs to see how things were going. We recommend at least 10-20 leads to get a good sense of your ROI. Those who work with leads are most successful when they get more and more leads. We would love to make sure you have a great experience with us and that you see leads that convert. Sometimes the first few leads are fantastic, sometimes they are valid leads that don't convert, and sometimes they are invalid leads that slip through the real time filters for which we credit. We have an incredibly convenient return system so our attorneys do not pay for invalid leads and so that we get the communication we need in order to optimize our campaigns! Without communication, we assume things are going well. If you are able to let us know in the next few days if any of your four leads are invalid, I will be happy to verify and process your request for return personally even though they are outside the 5 day return window. Hello Stan, As you said, we will absolutely credit for leads who mention in their comments that they are looking for free or Pro Bono legal help and those that are looking to pay only based on the outcome of their case. In addition, the return policy allows you to request credit for other invalid leads that slip through our many filters. Additionally, we ask a qualifying question in advance confirming a lead’s willingness and ability to pay a legal fee. Even if they don't mention it in the comment section. Hundreds of leads get filtered out who say they cannot afford or are not willing to pay a legal fee. We do not want to waste your time. What you are likely experiencing is someone not wanting to pay for the membership program you offer even though they have full intention of paying a legal fee to the provider. Hello Andrew, I'm sorry that the Bankruptcy leads you received were not ideal. We do our best to make sure contact information is accurate and that real people are submitting real time requests. Of your 8 total leads, we credited you back for all 4 leads that you requested through the system even though "no contact" is not technically an eligible return reason. Often we see contact is made just after that point due to the schedule of the person requesting legal help. Your remaining 4 leads, while outside the 5 day return window, we offered to take to our Verification/Quality Control manager in order to make additional exceptions for you but you refused and simply asked for a refund of your remaining balance. And of course, separate from returns for invalid leads within the 5 day return window, we always offer prorated refunds as an option to all of our clients should it ever be requested. I'm sorry your experience with the small sample of leads was not on par with our average customer experience. We wish you well.
