The onboarding experience was seamless…
The onboarding experience was seamless and their support team is extremely helpful and responsive (shout out to Jennifer for superb customer service!). I do wish I had the ability to update lead filters directly within their online portal, without having to submit an email request to support, but considering how responsive their team is to email communication I wouldn't consider this a deal-breaker.

Hi Ernie, thank you so much for the shout out! What are you hoping to be able to adjust within your portal? We have found that if we allowed everyone to update filters within their portal, too many mistakes would occur and firms would get leads they weren't intending to receive.
