Hello Joan, I'm sorry you did not have a good experience with us last year when you were getting leads. We ALWAYS offer credit for invalid leads and it looks like you only ever requested credit for 2; which we credited back to your account. I see that we sent you 5 Auto Accident Injury leads and we credited you for one of them. It's important to get enough leads to reach the numbers needed to statistically see success. We sent you 16 Bankruptcy leads of which we credited you for 1 but none of the statuses have been updated and no additional credits were requested so we don't know what we need to fix for your campagns. When Status are updated and invalid leads are requested for credit accurately, it's very easy for us to optimize campaigns for you to see upwards of a 20% conversion if not higher! If ever you would like to give us another try, we are here for your success and we together in a partnership.

There will always be a percentage of leads that meet the critera as leads but do not make a great case. It's the percentage of leads that DO make a great case and sign up with you that make leads worth it! We work with you to continously optimize away from the leads that don't sign up and get you more that do! You can help by making sure to update the Statuses of your leads or calls so that we know which leads are successful for you. We are here for your success!
