There was a slight issue with the contents of the order. The 4allfamily representative was very eager and very quick to correct the issue. I’ve said for years that customer service was dead, but glad to say I was wrong on this account. I would gladly give more than 5 stars if possible.

i purchased the Rambler PRO Insulin Cooler Travel Case for 1-Pen. my MIEBO eye drops need to be maintained at temps between 59F -77F. because of the power supply of the Rambler PRO it allows me to maintain the temps i need. i also benchmarked the product using a fish tank thermometer and the rambler is very accurate. the product is great. i also purchased a power invert which allows me to use the supplied adapter for the recommended current and voltages when i travel in my car. i am very thankful that 4allfamily gives me the ability to maintain the temps of my medication. thank you 4allfamily

I got the voyager for my wife’s hyrimoz. We accidentally damaged the inner refrigerant part. Customer service was extremely understanding and accommodating, offering us a substantial discount on a replacement. Great people.

Trying to return an un opened product well within the 30 period. Lots of delay, multiple requests for photos, nonsense. If you have the patience for silliness and jumping thru hoops, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take a pass.

The coolers that we bought from 4all family were as advertised and kept the temperature for the advertised time. We had issues with the original delivery where the coolers got damaged. After contacting customer support, replacement coolers were sent again within the day, they arrived on time for the travel we had booked and were undamaged. As I said first, they did their job and kept my mom's medicine cool. Thank you 4allfamily!

Fantastic customer service & reliable products - I have the Nomads (both medium & big) and the Pioneer Pro to refrigerate my meds during travel - both domestic and international. No issues with the biogel for 20+ hours to maintain 36F-46F with the Pioneer Pro - then, I use the battery pack to keep the meds safe. So far, no issues. I also got the 3-year extended warranties on all three products. Reached out to the customer service a couple of times to understand product options, buy an extra Pioneer Pro battery, get extra gels and to register the extended warranties - very responsive and knowledgeable agents, overall - very pleasant experience.

I bought this kit just over a week ago and have been testing it in the meantime. It is incredible. I bought the lot, so as to have all frontiers covered and have not yet received my power pack. But I got onto the company and got a very efficient and friendly/polite reply which answered the question (stock issue, will be with me within days). I tested the USB function as well as the gel block and the USB is just like a fridge and well regulated. The amazing thing is that the gel block actually does keep the medicine within range (2-8 C) for over 36 hours (in my trial). How do they do that? No idea but it gives me lots of confidence to travel with my meds. The carry case with pocket for power block is also very stylish and does not look "medsy" but again it does the job and keeps the air circulating around the motor as required. It is also a convenient way of carrying the power block without thinking about it. I have not yet travelled with it but I definitely have the confidence to do so. It is is not the cheapest on the market but I did trial three other methods and they came nowhere near. On the cost it's the same as kenneling my dog for a week when I go away. I will have this kit for as long I need it (hopefully) so there really is no contest is there?
