This company is incredibly responsive when ever I have reached out to ask questions both prior to the purchase and after I made the purchase. Even on a Sunday!! I bought this product to travel with my meds later this year and I just tested it and checked how I would fit my meds in the cylinder and it works well, exactly as described. This will help me so as not to change my schedule to accomodate time out of the fridge. It is also VERY quiet and will travel nicely.

I had an issue with a defective product, but the customer service was excellent: very kind and professional. They provided a quick and hassle-free solution, which is greatly appreciated. Very good experience. 100% recommended..

They claim 'free postage and insurance' then make a compulsory charge for insurance. Have yet to receive my order - just lots of emails promising discounts in the future!

Fabulous customer service and support starting with extremely helpful advice regarding which product would best suit my needs to resolving unforeseen issue which developed when China banned the use of power banks which did not have a label certifying it met unique Chinese requirements for domestic air travel in China. I am sure few customers plan to use their products traveling in China, but I did and Chinese airport security confiscated the power bank I had bought with my Voyager. Upon my return to the US, I notified 4allfamily about what had happened and they replaced the confiscated power bank with a new one shipped directly from China with the required certification for a future planned trip within China!

We bought an “Advanced Mini Fridge” (and battery) from 4allfamily after an extremely disappointing experience with a different brand (which included loss of medication and finding replacement medication abroad). So, this was an important purchase for us - and we have been *extremely* happy with the 4allfamily device. It has been reliable (I even did a 48 hour load test before travel), quiet, and a good travel companion. All things I couldn’t possibly say about the earlier unbranded, cheaper device we had bought. So there’s that. An actual, functioning device, well-enigneered and reliable. What makes this experience a 5-star one, though, is 4allfamily’s approach to customer service. Our device came with an alternate standard lid (for use without the cooler lid) which had a manufacturing issue. I checked with 4allfamily’s customer support and their reaction was prompt and most generous - they didn’t just replace the lid (which I could have probably fixed myself), but sent a full replacement. Needless to say we are very impressed.

Recently, I ran into a small issue: some airlines in Asia don’t allow the use powerbanks during the flight anymore, and I realized I had forgotten my cooling pack and lid back home in Europe. I had questions about the products that I bought and they answered me quickly and professionally. The cooler bottle that I bought was of good quality and kept my medication vial at the proper temperature even over a couple of days. There was ample room in the cooler for my vial, my syringe and my antiseptic wipe and had room to spare. I have the freezer bottle and if they ever make the USB cooler part for the medium cooler I have, I will happily buy that too.

Excellent customer service. Almost a year after use the cooling unit was not functioning well. Customer service replaced it immediately. I am very appreciative.
