Very fast and helpful answers to my questions.

We ordered 2 mini voyagers and 1 XL voyager. We haven’t used them yet, but I have had communication with the 4allfamily team as I had a number of questions. The communication was excellent. Quick and helpful responses to all my questions both before and after my order. I was really impressed, and gave me peace of mind. I will review the Voyagers once my son has used them for a 2 month trip around South America, but their customer service was fabulous. Thank you.

I was contacted by email that 4allfamily were unable to deliver my order in the specified time. I was given the option to cancel. Much appreciated. As I needed the item asap, I cancelled :( They 'closed the ticket' without confirming a refund, but asked how I was going with my ordered item, ahem. I emailed them asking about the refund. It appeared in my account a few hours later. It felt as if I was communicating with two different departments, but the result was good in the end. Thanks.

Extremely proactive. There was a small issue of stock and Armegi proposed a solution AND an alternative. I don't even have the product and it's already wow.

Customer Service was very professional and addressed all inquiries with direct and clear information. The ordered product was as presented on their website. We tested the product quite extensively and found that in some cases their claims are both conservative and a bit aggressive. Purchasers should feel comfortable that this is a quality product that aligns with the product description and claims.

The 4AllFamily Voyager Insulin Cooler has truly been invaluable for our family. My son used it for three months while studying abroad, and it gave us complete peace of mind. His dorm did not have a refrigerator, so this cooler was absolutely essential to safely store his insulin. It kept his insulin at the proper temperature consistently. The quality is excellent, reliable, and clearly designed with real-life needs in mind. I also want to highlight their customer service — communication was prompt, helpful, and professional. They answered all of our questions and made the whole process smooth and reassuring. We are so grateful for this product. It made his study abroad experience possible without the added stress of worrying about insulin storage. Highly recommend!

I have taken the Voyager on multiple international trips over the last 2 years & love how it protects my Zepbound, first the pens & now vials. These included Southeast Asia, Spain, Egypt, & Antarctica, with long overnight flights, cruise ships, & land travel. The flexibility of USB powered refrigeration with a battery pack or direct power or the long lasting freezer pack made this a complete solution. The sling carrier makes going through airport security even easier, but I upgraded it to an insulated water bottle carrier that has a zip pocket for the battery plus card storage & a more comfortable crossbody strap, plus it's more useful for excursions when I leave the Voyager plugged in at my room. I'm now considering backup options in case any of the components fail. I like that they are individually available.
