Decent
I recently bought an ender 2 from the company and was sent a broken part. I tried to get in contact with them but I have not heard any response what so ever. But everything else from the shipping to the payment was perfect and on time.

Shopped around and eventually purchased…
Shopped around and eventually purchased a 3D printer kit from 3Dprintersonlinestore.com because of the low price and free 2 day shipping. Received the printer in about 1 week; it took several days for my order to be processed. I was so impressed with the company and their products that I purchased a second printer kit from them. Also received the 2nd 3D printer in about 1 week.
