I ordered a Creality Ender 3 V2 Neo from this company at the end of December, waited the 6 days or so they claimed and reached out to find out about why the printer was not there. Was advised that there was a delay and it would take another couple of weeks to show up. I waited until mid-late January and was told that due to the Lunar new year, the shipment was further delayed. I was really frustrated at this point and they offered me a free 1kg roll of filament for the issues. I followed up again the first week of February and the team advised that they were canceling the order due to no ETA from the vendor and that i had to file the cancellation request. Once filed i reminded them that they promised me a roll of filament due to all of the delays. they have since fulfilled the roll of filament and while it did not work out the way i was hoping I would 100% do business with them again.

I can see that people have various experiences with this company, so, I'll try to simply describe my experience with them - anyone can take whatever they find useful from it. I bought Flsun QQ-S Pro Delta Kossel 3D Printer from them. Before I actually made a purchase, I wrote to them asking to confirm that a 0.00 fee for shipping is correct and got a response from Zander Luke that the information is correct as the printer would be shipped from EU warehouse (I'm based in Lithuania), so, no shipping nor customs fees would be involved. I made my purchase. After a couple of days, I receive a communication letter from Lithuania's custom service indicating that I have to pay taxes for the items received from China and the amount was almost half the price of the printer itself. You may imagine if I found that as pleasant news. :) I wrote to them, and Zander Luke forwarded this to one of the representatives immediately. This guy by name James did all the needed investigation (which was indeed needed as customs made errors with shipment codes, so, the info wasn't corresponding at first) to make sure that I'm not lying, but at the end he did acknowledge that an error was made on their side and put everything in order to make sure that I would be refunded the same amount that I had to pay to Lithuania's customs. So, he stayed in the communication the whole time (it took us 14 days exactly to make it straight) and I did receive my printer which I'm happy with as it's still providing expected results as well as a refund from the company. So, I couldn't call this a pleasant experience, but I really appreciate all the effort that was put to make sure that I would receive a fair customer treatment. This makes me a happy customer and I would recommend their services to my friends with condition that same effort in customer service is still provided. Thank you. I have 4 printers and this one is by far the easiest to set up and print....if you are new to 3D printing this is the printer for you and it doesn't hurt that it has a large build area.....the only downside is you might have wait up to 3 weeks for it to arrive.....but their customer service is good

The website does allow for sending to New Zealand, I chose them for the fastest delivery as they said they had stock in Australia "25 to 48 hours", Zander contacted me immediately to say I had to pay more after the purchase as the website had not allowed for the freight correctly, he was really helpful in giving me all the details to pay the extra and fast to reposed initially, however, after the payment confirmation everything has gone dark, I hopeful this is due to Zander being a busy man and not any bad connotations, emailed and even call from NZ getting a voice mail, After reading all these reviews I'm hopeful Zander will respond today and I'll see my goods early next week, I'll then follow up this with a glowing review...........hopefully because I'm in a start-up phase of procuring more printers. :) "Updated" just got an email from Zander and all is under control, I think he is just busy so expect delays but it will get there :)

4 stars for quick efficient delivery of Printer. 1 star deducted for failing to manage short ship item, It was left to me to chase! One add-on (glass bed) short shipped by Creality. 3dpriners online organised replacement to be shipped from Creality China. However parcel went missing, no tracking available, It was delivered in UK on 26th June, Shipped from China on 16th May.

I recently bought an ender 2 from the company and was sent a broken part. I tried to get in contact with them but I have not heard any response what so ever. But everything else from the shipping to the payment was perfect and on time.

Shipment had been processed after a week after payment but Managment responded to email quick and with positive outcome
