The customer support I received was truly a breath of fresh air. I had selected a payment option that did not work out the way I had expected from my bank and Zander patiently worked with me through the options for my order. He was responsive, clear, and courteous. This happened to occur after hours, too. I completely did not expect a response until at least the next day.

I was looking for a specific voron v0.2 kit variant that was sold out everywhere else, but 3d printers online store had it in stock alongside the exact upgrades i needed. Ordering was smooth, and the shipment arrived faster than estimated, packed very securely with zero damaged parts. It's rare to find a one stop shop for all 3d printing needs. Will definitely be ordering again my next machine and accessories here!

I purchased a Flashforge AD5X from 3D as a Christmas gift for my twin girls. They begged for a 3d printer for Christmas. Once it was opened it was missing all paperwork. Through videos online I was able to assemble unit. Once built I went to power up and there was an issue with the touch screen. It was defective and would not power making unit unusable. I contacted 3D by email, because they have no phone contact, I now know why, to report. Zander with 3D responded within a couple days but has put this on Flashforge to correct. That was December 27 2025, its now January 10, 2026 and nothing has happened. There have been many emails back and forth, but the bottom line here is still no solution. I was forced to dispute the original charge and my bank has now pulled the money from them and put back into my account. I hated doing this, but I felt they have had plenty of time to resolve. I gave 2 stars because they did answer numerous emails timely, but the fact I have a "new" $350 unit that doesn't work for nearly 3 weeks is absolutely unacceptable. My kids are still waiting for their Christmas present. Lesson here is, dont do business with a company that only allows contact via email, no phone numbers. I should have purchased from Amazon, they would have replaced the next day.

Most good reviews are of things that went exactly right. Well, mine is about things that went wrong. I received my printer, set it up and ran a test print. Everything was working as advertised. After about two days, the touch screen failed to work; blank; dead in the water... from experience, one gets skeptical of 'the Help Desk', so, my expectations weren't particularly high. After about six weeks I was up and running again... during that time I received a touch screen replacement and a motherboard replacement. And, during that time everyone was as helpful and responsive as I could have asked. The people at Phrozen get an A+ for helpfulness and responsiveness... Thanks to everyone...

I have been using this webshop for more than 8 years and purchased 5 diy kits and one fully assembled 3d printer. All are working great in my private 3d printing farm and generates good amount of income from etsy. Their customer service and special offers to returning customers are the factors that makes me to prefer them over any others.
