Their shipping is very misleading. I ordered on 1/16 and on 1/21 the order still showed as accepted so emailed them. At around 3am EST I get a response stating they'll have tracking information on 1/26 with delivery between 1/31 and 2/2. Their website says 3-6 days for shipping. Also, for someone supposedly being in Oregon, why would they be responding in the middle of the night. My guess is they're actually in China with a "front" in the US.

Before buying the printer I asked them multiple questions but they could only answer that the printer is in stock and will be shipped by DHL in 5-10 days. For all other questions I got a generic answer that everything is handled by the manufacturer. The printer was in stock and shipment was handled by the manufacturer. National holidays were already in effect but the support team didn't know that and shipment took longer than a month. It was shipped by Fedex. While I was waiting 3dprintersonlinestore stopped replying to my e-mails and I started getting answers from the manufacturer. Eventually I received the printer and it matched my expectations.

Ender 5 Plus was received in a timely fashion, but has a bad part(Switch at the top that tell the arm it's all the way back). I immediately contacted support and Zander opened a ticket, and then nothing. I sent messages to both Peter and Steven, no response, but I did just send those. I honestly wish I had went somewhere else.

I purchased the TEVO Litter Monster. I really like the physical design and materials. The first few prints worked very well then problems started. I now have to calibrate each time I turn it on and I need to set the PLA temperature 30 degrees hotter that normal to get a good print. I changed the thermister but it did not help.Still waiting for help.
