Quick shipping and received in time, great printer! Build it is really a great experience to discover 3D printing domain but could be frustrating for someone who hope a printer ready out of the box. I have the dual extruder version, but I haven't tested dual yet. Over all I'm very happy with this purchase for the price and for the quality of the parts. Easy update available of the printer to add double fan for the Nozze and filament sensor. Just little negative point regarding the manual of installation that miss details to assemble some parts

Single star that can be fixed if someone would respond to the shipping error...ordered a AnyCubic printer from 3DPrintersBay and I just got notification that it was delivered 2 time zones away to someplace on the west coast of the US. I live in central US, so not really close. Someone got a free 3D printer that I bought. I, so far have received very minimal support as to what happened. Wondering if I need to request a refund from PayPal now, or if they plan on shipping out another printer to my actual address. All emails from them show the correct shipping address, so I do not understand. This was to be a graduation gift for my son and now I don't know what I should do...BTW their address given is an intersection in MN not an actual building next to the post office in Deerwood, MN. Great news...now going to request a refund with PayPal. Will post new information as I get it.

I did recieved the printer in the very good packaging and in time. The printer is good choice - worth the money. I have only problem with the test printed on the original Tornado sheet - the printed logo was very hard to remove, so I decide to remove the sheet completely (which took me another 1.5 hour to remove and clean the bed surface!) and I bought an IKEA mirror as print surface to use for my printing. I would appreciate if the company include a spare print sheet (if they want) or no test printing. The printer itself looks great and the assembly was a "peace of cake" (except the removing of the test printing...).
