I ordered an Ender 3 s1 pro that was said to be in stock. After having to contact them and they’re 3 day response time they said they’re waiting on a shipment. I tried to get a refund and then was told to wait a week it has now been a week and they haven’t responded to my emails sent me a tracking number or any updates on my order. Absolute worst communication or customer service these other positive reviews have to be fake. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for something that they’re website still states that they are in stock. After posting this review I have changed it to 3 stars because they did reach out to me after the review and was able to receive my printer in good working condition. They tried to help I believe the best they could

Defective product sent and customer support was non-existent. They sent the printer I ordered (Ender 5 Pro with BL Touch and glass bed upgrades), but the product was defective - a stray wire across the power to the bed heater to the bed sensor shorted the mainboard the first time I powered it up. I verified the problem first visually (after the short, I saw the stray wire!), then verified with an ohm meter that the MOSFET on the mainboard was fried, causing a runaway temperature on the bed during heating. I reached out to their customer support - all I needed was to swap out the main board! They responded "thanks we'll get back to you". After a few days, I pinged them again, they said "swap the sensors of the bed and extruder and tell us what you see". I shook my head, but complied and faithfully reported back. More crickets. After a few more days, I opened a second ticket and sent them a message on Facebook. They said "thanks, we'll check with our engineers and get back to you". I know what "slow rolling" is when I see it. I waited two weeks, and have still heard nothing back. I finally ordered a replacement board off eBay, and put it in. It works fine...

This another review related to the flsun distributer. I ordered a printer over a month ago now. The printer was supposedly in a warehouse stateside, however, after getting a delivery date and the printer not arriving the tracking number started showing delivery pending. After contacting them twice they told me the printer was on the plane and after clearing customs would be on the way. This was 2 weeks ago. I've now had a support ticket in for 5 days and have heard nothing back. I understand covid-19 delays but this printer was supposed to have been in a warehouse in the u.s.. I might give 3dprintersbay another chance in the future but this experience has been very disapointing. I do get the feeling the problem is with the flsun distributer. Edit. I did eventually get my printer (flsun qq-s) and I am very happy with it. Upon further consideration 1 star was a bit too harsh for the overall experience. They did try to have this review taken down which annoyed me a bit but after reviewing my emails they did try to contact me to get more information to prevent this in the future. So I'm going with three stars. In summary: while my initial complaints still stands they do seem to care about customer service and as such I would probably give them another chance since the prices do seem to be good and without a pandemic going on i would imagine fixing mistakes (such as not having a product in the U.S. wharehose) would probably take less time to fix.

I placed an order on April 6th for Flsun QQ-s pro that was going shipped out of Los Angeles in California. I live in California and the item should have been delivered within 10 days at the latest. On April 11th I sent a email requesting a tracking number and they sent FedEx tracking number stating the item will be delivered in 2 days to my home. Guess what nothing came. I send a 2nd email on April 13th asking about delivery with this response on April 13th. Hello Michael, There has been an update pending due to the current COVID-19 situation. It will be updated soon. I know FedEx is still shipping items so if the item is shipped I would know by the tracking number. If you do not have the printer in stock or unable to ship the printer cause ur warehouse is closed I would like a refund. I understand shipping delays due to COVID-19 but I ordered this printer from a warehouse that was confirmed to have the printer in stocks literly 500 miles from my home. Why is the item being transported by plane 15 days after purchase when the item is supposedly getting shipped 500 miles away? This is day 24 from date of purchase. No refund, No new tracking number. - The printer arrived at my home today 05/15/2020 Date of purchase 04/06/2020 I think this company is good to the extent that you will get what you paid for but the communication and lack of transparency is a problem.

Ordered my AnyCubic i3 Mega 3D printer online from 3DPrintersBay. It was dispatched from the nearest depot in Germany for delivery to UK. Whilst the purchase was excellent value for money, it took a painful 3 weeks to arrive, and then with the incorrect electrical plug. I am, however, delighted with the printer.

They had no problem selling me a printer that was on backorder hoping I would be okay with a 45 day delivery. I would have, had I not had a job due in a month. For the average customer, I'm sure it would have been okay. They did refund my order after a review, but not with a support request.

The 3d printer came in 2 weeks after I ordered it, and the build plate upgrade arrived a week later. I love the Ender 5, it's a great printer for the money and the setup was easy. However, what made it confusing is that the upgrade I paid extra for came a week later separately. Only thing I wish they could improve on is their communication. Like any issue I've seen throughout the community from others, if anything is wrong it's hard to get answer from them. The printer was supposed to be in stock in a warehouse in USA as advertised, but everything I ordered was shipped from China which is why it took so long. On the positive side, taking 2-3 weeks to deliver from China to US is actually pretty good. Getting tracking information was like pulling teeth. Even though at the end they delivered everything in full and the product is great, they just need to work on better communication to the customer. Even a quick email saying we're working on it, we'll keep you posted is much better than saying nothing.

It s written US wharehouse and they say oh there no anycubic wharehouse in the US but its written on their website.... and I've experience a schedule delivery pending for 6 days.
