Some small communication problems at the beginning but eventually their emails went to the spam box. Finally rather accommodating and fast in taking charge of the order (perhaps also helped a little by a first negative comment...).

I'd give 5 stars but had a couple things that didn't work. Other then that everything was OK I'll be purchasing a R2 kit here soon. Thanks

I had no problems with them shipping and receiving my 3D printer however I had to email them twice about my order pending for 5 days and once it completed, I had no way of tracking my order. If they were to fix the tracking issue I would give them 5 stars.

Update: After a couple of days, I've got my money back. So, I had a bad experience recently. I ordered Phrozen Sonic Mini Saturday evening. On Sunday morning I saw that the offer changed in the shop - they upgraded plastic vat to metal one for 20$ more. So I emailed them to ask if they will send plastic or metal vat. Monday morning they said that it will be plastic, but they will check if it can be changed to metal. I replied that if it can't be changed I would like to cancel that order. Monday evening I got another mail saying that it will be plastic and metal one cost 20$ more. I replied that I can pay the 20$ difference for the metal vat. This morning (Tuesday) they emailed me that cost of delivery to my country (Poland) is too high and I need to pay 40$ for metal vat (almost 1/5 of the original price). (btw. status of the order is processing, so I don't know if they send it already) So I'm a little disappointed because they could do a lot of things to avoid this whole situation. Like, they could ask me if I wanted an upgrade - that would be nice, or even have some kind of information that this offer is about to change. Another thing is, that because of weekend and slow response from customer service, probably I'm not eligible for order cancellation. Also I can't understand Phrozen's logic - it's too expensive to send metal vat, but when plastic vat cracks (and it often does) they replace it for free.

Nice website, responsive by email, product was good value, was overall quite happy. Was a bit disappointed that all my queries we're redirected to the manufacturer of the 3D printer that I purchased, it made me wonder why I didn't just purchase it straight from the OEM

Overall I really enjoy this printer. Arrived on time, simple to use, prints excellent quality, and is very reliable. However, the plastic protective casing is incredibly weak and will almost certainly break with long term use. My memory card also didn't come with any sample prints.

The assembly of the printer is not bad if you have some experience but i think they should label the motor and the cable for easy connection.The touch sensor for the auto calibration arrived in a separate bag inside the printer box with a resistor and some connectors hardware with no instruction on how to connect and how to mount it on the printer; luckily there is a video on youtube, so you can figure it out the connection and the calibration. They should improve a LOT on the documentation and have explained also the software settings on the printer. Overall after the right adjustment it's a good printer and I think can easily compete with the other brand in the market.

I ordered an anycubic mega s from 3d printers bay. The printer arrived much faster than expected. Once set up, it was apparent that the printer had an issue. I contacted customer support and got a reply about 2 days later. It was determined that the power supply was faulty. I was told a new one would be sent out and to expect a tracking number within 2 days. That was January 28th. It is now February 8th and I have not had a single reply back and have yet to receive a replacement power supply. After sale customer service is lacking badly with this company. If you buy a printer from them expect to be on your own if something goes wrong. *Update* 3d Printers Bay has a notification on their website about the Chinese spring festival causing a general delay. While understandable, it would have been nice in my situation to have been informed of the impending delay due to a Chinese holiday during my initial conversation with customer support. This is arguably out of the hands of 3d Printers Bay as customer support seems to be handled by the individual manufacturers. I am upping my review from 2 stars to 4 because the delay in customer support is not the fault of 3d printers bay.
