I bought two printers from them, The Ender 5+, and the FLSUN QQS-Pro. Neither printer has ever worked without major maintenance. The QQS-Pro arrived with terribly damaged belts, had to be repaired, and even when repaired, never worked quite right. When I contacted PIRATEbay about it, they put me onto a FLSUN person and left the chat. That was their customer service. The Ender 5+ has never worked well either, and the extruder arrived in bad shape. Again, their answer is to put you onto a rep from the other company, and disappear. Two strikes is enough for me, I'm not giving them another chance. You shouldn't either.

These have to all be fake reviews. Their customer service is horrible. Printer came broken it's been a month still no part. They want me to redo a ticket that's already been done with the manufacturer. They will make you deal with the manufacturer and not do anything to make it right. You will have to pay shipping to send it back. You are taking a gamble when you order from them I hope your printer doesnt have any issues. I am out to warn any and everyone. Terrible experience.

Ordered two laser engravers and an accessory. Received on laser engraver and accessory. When questioned about the order and shipment, they put me in touch with the manufacturer. I doubt this is even a US based company but a front for a Chinese based company. As of two weeks later, the second laser has still not shipped!

I needed a printer quickly for work as an existing one had broken and parts were going to take 3 weeks to arrive. Their website said they had the printer I wanted in Europe (I'm in Europe) and its delivered by courier. I emailed to confirm, they said yes. The package takes *10* days to get to me, thats pretty slow for a courier but ok these are trying times (Covid). It took 4 days to hand it to the courier (admittedly including a weekend) However the package is only the filament, not the printer! Courier says it's one tracking number per package and clearly this single wrapped package is only the filament. The only obvious explanation is that they did not send me the printer but I am getting all sorts of excuses from them...very slowly...emails bouncing between the US and China...one email per day and I'm still without a printer or a good answer, what I do have is a work disaster. I will update this as it progresses. *** Update 13 May 2020 *** The refund has hit my account, via Paypal. Personally I won't be dealing with both these companies again. I do see many happy customers out there so good for them. I expected a higher level of service from this US based company but didn't get it. In fact other than the order received the only other email was a fob off to the manufacturer for the delivery problem. *** Update 11 May 2020 *** My daily "please respond" emails were not responded to for 1 week. Then I was promised a refund by FLSun within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago. Unprofessional, dishonest and misleading. And while my problem is mostly now with FLSun, 3DPrintersBay simply offer silence from the sidelines. The transaction was via their website. I went there because it seemed reputable, US Based etc, but as mentioned below when I did the transaction on their website the money went directly to FLSun. So basically I was mislead. I'm not sure which is worse, the deceitful way I was sold the 3D Printer or the fact that the manufacturer simply lies about things (refunds etc). ***Update 1 May 2020*** No progress. No refund. The supplier contact, who actually is FLSun, claims to be talking with courier company (GLS) and is 'waiting'. I can call the same courier company on the phone and get actual answers. GLS say it's one parcel per tracking number. FLSun says otherwise. I have the parcel, it says 15 kgs but only contains the filament, about 2 kgs. The printer was either not sent or sent with the wrong tracking number. Either way its not my problem or fault but I am still out of pocket and without a machine. To be clear some of this fault now seems to with FLSun not 3DPrintersBay however 3DPrintersBay are not helping with this in anyway, simply silent in the email chain but quite active on Trustpilot. I paid via 3DPrintersBay.com with PayPal, however when I look at Paypal funds went to FLSun directly, so not sure what value 3DPrintersBay are offering here. I still desperately need to print something for my job and there us no sign of resolution with 3DPrintersBar or FLSun.

Don't buy here if you are living in the EU. The website states free shipping but lets the customer pay all the import tariffs and other charges. I bought the Phrozen Sonic Mini here and on top of the $299 came $104 in import charges on top of the $30 Fedex shipping that they don't inform you about! EDIT: to reply to the below response from 3DPrintersBay: you should not inform your customers about significant extra costs in your terms & conditions. This is unclear and bad practice. A notice when a person living in the EU makes a purchase would make this much clearer. Also make sure to state this on your purchase orders!

Hello Roeland, We understand your concern. We would like to mention import charges are different from shipping cost which must be paid by customer when receives item from overseas. We have this clearly stated in 7.5 clause under terms and condition page. We do have selective products have overseas warehouses(specified in product page) which eliminate import taxes. Thanks, Jeff, Curated Team 3DPrintersBay

Placed order 4/2, no further communication received. E-mailed for an update on 4/3, they responded by forwarding it to a Chinese e-mail and asking them for a status update. E-mailed them again 4/6, no response received. I can understand if there are shipping delays (The item was in stock to ship in 24-48hrs) or otherwise but it seems communication is an issue.

Frustrated because I went to their website and it says they are based out of Florida and I was looking to order parts from a USA based source because I needed them quickly. The website is just a gateway to order but the parts still come from China. Ordered Feb 5th, did not receive any confirmation email. Parts did not ship until Feb 12 and shipped the slowest possible way. (In fairness there may be other uncontrollable factors for the delay in shipment) but the lack of communication make me very hesitant to use this source again.

Hello Troy, I am sorry to hear this experience. I have reached out to the team about this. Team have been communicated to the inquiries you left. Since parts were not available in their USA warehouse, this has been arranged to ship direct from manufacturer outlet located in China. Thank you for your patience and understanding with respect to delay in shipment due to the recent outbreak. We continually strive to improve our user experience so direct feedback is always appreciated. If you would like to email us at [email protected] to give us more details on what we did wrong, we will review your feedback internally to ensure we don't make any of the same mistakes going forward. Thank you for your input! Thanks, Jeff, Curated Team 3DPrintersBay
