Everything was pretty good, the waiting was about 3 to 4 weeks not bad at all , the couch is incredible, I love everything about it, the best I’ve ever seated on it:)

We bought the Aalto Boutique Beige Plume Double Chaise Sectional Couch when it was on sale. It took about a month for it to arrive (only a few days after the original estimated date). The couch was easy to assemble (though it did take 2-3 people to link the sections together). We love the size of the couch. The only downside is that there is a small gap between sections that can be a bit annoying (if you're laying across it). But overall, we're happy with the purchase. Very good size and quality for the price.

I bought an air leather sofa from 25Home and so far (2 months) it’s been exceptional. Material is awesome, size is perfect, comfort is great. I was nervous to go w an only online company but they delivered on time and appropriately. Small snafu on the delivery date (delivered to lobby vs into apartment) but they made up for this.

I bought 2 covers for my feathers section which I bought from Valyou. I have been trying to get covers for my feathers sectional for 2 years now and Valyou refuses to sell me the ones on their website for god knows what reason. I went searching online for places that sold covers for my feathers sectional and came across 25home. The covers arrived and they fit perfectly. Thank you 25home for making my couch look brand new with these covers. I appreciate the service!

The quality is good and our Sandwich Sectional looks exactly as advertised. The seat depth is outstanding and the mechanism to connect the sectionals together is easy to use and durable. After getting the sofa, we found that it was both too low and not hard enough. Ordering another set of hard cushions helped and might be something to keep in mind. Note that the height measurements in the sizing chart don't take into consideration the amount of give in the top cushion. We did initially consider returning the sofa, but there are costs associated with that which don't make it a practical choice. Shipping took some time, especially for the second set of cushions. Honestly, this is a pretty large item so all things considered they did a good job managing these logistics. This has affirmed for me at least that our next sofa will need to be something we can test before purchasing. There were other products at 25home that looked compelling and might have been a better choice for us, but without a way to make that determination we ended up with the most-reviewed safest-looking option.
