our new Plume sectional
We like our new Plume sectional a lot. It’s comfortable and we really like the air leather fabric. While the order took longer than we’d have liked, each of the promised deadlines was met and the actual delivery was fairly fast. We would have preferred to have the optional taller legs pre-installed but were happy they were sent so promptly on our request. One other small issue: one of the clasps that hold the sections together would not stay clasped on its own. We used a few small strips of Gorilla Tape to make the connection more secure. All in all, a positive sofa buying experience. Good value; responsive service.

We have not received our couch in in…
We have not received our couch in in over 2 months and they called to deliver it to UTAH! I’m in California. All my correspondence has my correct address Update: they followed up with me and immediately corrected address . They also gave me a side table for my inconvenience. The couch was what we expected and they did all they could to correct things. I’ll change review to 3 stars only because of time and confusion.

Delivery was super fast and easy to track. When I ordered the first time the delivery service was the worst. That I wasn’t sure if I wanted to order the ottoman but it was worth it. I love how fluffy it is and it really completes the area

Time of delivery is not specific.
Time of delivery is not specific. The product that they mention a genuine leather is not real leather at all, its synthetic man made leather.
Response from 25home FurnitureDec 23, 2023
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the delivery time. Regarding the time of delivery, we understand the importance of timely deliveries and apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We are actively working on improving our delivery process to provide more accurate and specific delivery windows in the future. We value your feedback and would like to be able to explain the material of the products to you. In order to provide a more durable and environmentally friendly product, the contact surface of the sofa is Genuine Leather while the non-contact area is Vegan Leather. This combination not only provides a high-quality and comfortable seating experience, but also helps reduce the need for animal leather which can have a more positive impact on the environment. The material information is also shown on our website, you can find it in MATERIALS. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we would like to make things right for you. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team so that we can further address your specific concerns and explore potential solutions that suit your needs. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we value your continued support.
