Early, easy, durable, beautiful!
We received our order a week earlier than expected, which was great, as we were notified & home! The sofa is so comfortable and we love it! The darker gray color is perfect for our dogs & the fabric is strong enough for them & their paws. It doesn’t show dirt & is so easy to just wipe clean anyway! We might get a second one for the den!

Terrible experience. Do not use this company
The shipping process and order timeline were drastically different than what was originally promised. Took more than twice the time quoted to receive the couch. Thankfully the item was not damaged but it is not a comfortable couch. I truly believe many of the five star reviews for this company are written by their own employees. To add insult to injury the return policy is very unrealistic as all original packaging needs to be maintained, the pallet needs to be repacked and wrapped by me and I have to find a company willing to pick up the pallet for the return and pay the shipping. On top of all that there is another 10% taken for a “restocking fee.” Do not do business with this company, they are not honest and are horrible with customer service. Stay away and check out other online retailers with verified purchase reviews.

I bought 2 lounge chairs and a sofa and both products were of great quality. I highly recommend 25home Furniture if you are looking for something that is of quality but still affordable.

Great quality, easy delivery

Quality is great, well built, BUT, the feet on the sofa were difficult to install. The holes on the feet did not align with the holes on the sofa. We had to modify the feet holes in order to work.
