We had an excellent experience with 25Home. It was our first time to use this company & they are wonderful. Ordering was easy, tracking was good even thru the ice & snow slowing much of the country down. The delivery happened just as they said it would & the delivery crew was great even in the pouring rain. We LOVE our sofa & would not hesitate to do business with 25Home again.

White glove service was exorbitantly priced and the didn’t send enough staff. I had to help them put together sofa.

The ordering process and delivery was smooth, and efficient. We received exactly what we paid for.

I love my new couch! It was delivered on time and was easy to put together. It supports my back very well and is very comfortable. The communication with the company was great. They want you to be happy with your purchase!

I purchased my furniture in November at the time I received an email that stated the sofa was in stock and it would be approximately between 10-30 days for delivery. When we approached day thirty I sent an email to get an update and received no response until I started sending direct message through the website. Two weeks ago I received a call that my furniture was at the warehouse and they would call to schedule a delivery date for the following week. Yesterday I received another call pushing my delivery out another week taking us now to 60 days since purchase. I must admit I’m losing confidence in my purchase and contemplating filling a complaint with the BBB because I’m starting to feel scammed

Very happy with my new couch from 25Home. Was looking high quality upgrade from my old one which served me for 8 years. And result is amazing - quality, color, size - everything is perfect!

Just gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with 25Home. I've grabbed a couple of couches from them and wow, they're the real deal. Super comfy - like, sink in and never want to get up comfy. Perfect for chilling, napping, or just hanging out. And if you've got kids, these are a lifesaver. They can handle pretty much anything and clean up is a breeze - just a bit of water and you're good. But what really got me was how fast everything arrived and the awesome customer service. You don't see that kind of attention much these days. Totally recommending them to everyone. Trust me, you won't regret buying from 25Home - I sure don’t!
