Customer service very helpful with the quickness.

From the beginning of my order I had really excellent customer service. I wanted to take advantage of a sale, but delay the shipping since I wasn’t at the new house yet. No problem. They kept in touch and timing worked well. The couch itself is really nice. We had to assemble the feet out of the box but it was not difficult. I was glad to have my husband helping in the process of unboxing. I really like the two tones of leather and the couch styling can go mid-century or coastal (my decor is warm coastal). The only small thing I would say is the added pillows are also the same leather and they don’t always stay where you put them. But they are included in the price of the couch so bonus.

SO UNIMPRESSED. We have been emailing back and forth with someone OVER 25 times because they did not have all of our couch pieces in stock. After being ignored for a refund multiple times, we finally decided to take the discount and the 2/3rds of the couch and just wait for the final piece to be sent. Now, after finally getting situated we have been informed that the other side of the couch is no longer in and that they will only be sending the middle one seater. We have been lead astray every step of the way with this company and we are so unimpressed. All we have wanted is a couch as we are newly married and have nowhere to sit. It has gone from a 10-30 business day wait to a over 50 business day wait with a new development every turn. BOO

Snow provided excellent customer service. She responded quickly to all questions, kept us informed and represented 25home very positively. We love our Salo vegan bed! It was even better than the online pics. It is super comfortable and very elegant. We were pretty nervous after buying it as we had never heard of 25home and we were relying on online pics. They did not disappoint. And again Snow is an excellent customer service representative! Thank you Snow! And 25home!

I spilled an entire cup of hot coffee all over my couch from here and there was not a single stain left!!! SO impressed by this couch and HIGHLY recommend. It was advertised as stain proof and it 100% is! The entire stain came out with barely any cleaning besides wiping it down with a warm towel. The couch is very comfy and stylish along with being stain proof!

This sofa is amazingly comfortable.exactly what we looked for.the fabric is so nice and looks gorgeous.we even got an additional chair for free after we contacted them directly.I can strongly recommend this item and company to anyone who wants to purchase a comfy nice sofa for the family.

Momo was absolutely fantastic handling our purchase of our couch. She kept me up to date on delivery. When it came it was more beautiful and comfortable than the photos and wording described.

Couch was lost in transit, it took just over 2 months to receive it. I ordered it 11/23/23 and finally it was finally delivered 1/25/24. The delivery service also didn’t have the boxes clearly labeled and tried to deliver a shower door instead of a couch, if I hadn’t said something, I still wouldn’t have a couch.
