I have not been able to track my purchase whatsoever. The tracking # I was provided did not work. I'm hoping my item will be great once it arrives but not knowing it's location leaves my concerned.

Great comfortable sofa, and fast shipping.

Items quality is a hit or miss. The company offers really great sofa items, but when it comes to dinning table, night stands, etc. the price that you pay are not worth the quality. We’ve ordered a $2600 dining table and chair set and the design has a malfunction that the table stone cannot event fit into the center piece after following the instructions on how to install. We took a picture on all of the of the dimensions of the table stand and showed the customer service that there’s no way that it will fit, in return we received a simple drawing demonstrating how we should put in, but it doesn’t work, and then with no further help. We eventually need to look into a cutting service that can cut the stone in half in order to have the table look like the picture. In addition, my order contained of a sofa and dining table set at the end of the year and before we received everything, they offered a promotion that if you spend $3500 you will receive 2 gifts. We spent $5600 and asked the seller if they could accommodate our order for the gift since our order was not being finished in fulfillment, and was rejected initially. When we requested a refund for the unshipped item, seller finally agreed to send us the complimentary gift. We emailed the customer service a couple times to ask for help on several occasions , and often times our emails were being ignored, but they seem fast in trying to have you contact the carrier to arrange a delivery. The two gifts that we received, only the chair was decent quality, and the night stand is very shabby. The quality of the material is great, but with bad craftsmanship If you purchase the items by the listed price, they are not worth the money in my opinion. Overall I think the website is good for couch but not other things.

I ordered the Feathers Sectional, and let me first say how beautiful the couch is on top of the comfort! I ordered the beige 110 inch sectional on January 17th, it left the warehouse January 24th and it was delivered February 1st. The unpacking process was relatively easy and I was able to assemble the couch by myself. It came carefully wrapped in two separate boxes. The team has also been very helpful in picking out the right color for my room!

The couch is beautiful and great quality! I might had to look little closer on my estimated delivery date at the time of ordering(Confirming with online chat to confirm availability for immediate delivery may be helpful.). My order arrived much later than the date I was seeing at the time of ordering, But, customer service agents were very fast to respond to all my questions,concerns and updates on my order. Great customer service!
