We have had this couch maybe 3 months and I washed the covers one time (the covers are advertised as washable which was why we bought it to begin with) and I followed all the washing instructions and even hang dried the covers to be sure no shrinking or anything were to happen and when we went to put the covers back on the zipper busted off the chaise lounge cover. So the couch covers are so fragile and truly a disappointment for how much we spent.

I was absolutely hesitant as I don’t have social media and don’t know much about 25 home . I did some extensive research or at least I’d like to think so. It’s been over six years since we’ve gotten a family couch and since then our family has grown significantly, we are a family of seven I searched high and low locally and couldn’t really find some thing that we were looking for. We are a family that loves Friday night movies it’s a tradition in her home and we wanted to be able to lounge without having to sacrifice space and I mean space I mean on the couch. Every time I look up a couch for some reason the sandwich couch kept coming up. I went on their site but still felt like it was the right comfort just not necessarily the right size for my family. The other part where I was extremely hesitant is that I was going to buy a couch that cost me $6000 and it was all online. It wasn’t really sitting well with me. I stumbled upon an address that show they had a showroom locally so I can see the furniture but unfortunately, the times were not coordinating with my schedule. Well after going back-and-forth for three weeks, I pulled the plug and took a leap. Truly I am extremely grateful for Nicole ‘s help . She was extremely patient and professional with me the whole way through. I ended up ordering a custom sandwich sectional. we absolutely love it and although the doggies can’t get on it, you can tell her a little jealous. This by far has been the best investment for the comfort of our family. We highly recommend it and hope you find the best option for your family ! Cons : *I received two separate shipments of a sectional about two weeks apart . * it was very uncertain, whether or not I would be able to get warranty for the couch because it was a customer design . This part was extremely frustrating as I was not going to move forward until I got the greenlight.

We love our new couch! Everything looks as it did online and it is super comfortable. We are grateful to have found 25home!

Sunny Lewis deserves 5 stars! Communication and customer service were perfect! Sunny offered a discount, and flexible payment options. I love the sofa. I do wish it was a bit softer, the pillows seem kind of flat, and could use more stuffing. It is also very low to the floor. But it looks great and was priced great!

The air leather couch and white side chair exceeded our expectations. We even had an accident with our dog on a cushion. We only had to unzip the cover and wipe off with water and a rag and it looks perfect again. Can't wait to find more fun furniture from 25Home to fit our lifestyle. Great company to work with! Very helpful and friendly Customer Service

We were skeptical as we had been searching for months for a couch and decided let’s do it; we ordered online sight unseen. We are so happy we did. The couch is gorgeous, looks more expensive than what we paid, the delivery was fast and the delivery company was perfect. The pillows, couch and cushions are all so comfortable. When I reached out to customer service to ask a question, they were professional and responsive. It has been a great experience.

We have owned our couch for 6+ months and decided to finally write an honest review. Unfortunately I have to give a harsh rating/review because we are not too happy with the couch and definitely not happy with the customer service we have received. The couch is comfy and looks great but it is a super high maintenance couch in our opinion. We have to adjust each cushion and re-fluff all the pillows on a weekly basis to keep it comfy. It's honestly quite the chore to do so often. If you don't do this, then the couch doesn't feel comfy and starts to "divot" from where we sit at. The other major issue is the feathers - they really stick out and they hurt! I read this is another review but this is actually a huge issue in my opinion - I am constantly pulling feathers out from every area and if you don't, it feels like a needle jab! We have to keep blankets covering our couch to minimize this issue. We also were very upset that where the sections of the couch attaches at the bottom, the metal bracket ripped out in the first couple of months so we had to re-screw it in (and it’s just me and my fiancé so it’s not like kids are rough housing on it to cause tension at the different sections). I personally think the two small metal brackets are not strong enough to keep the sections of the couch intact - very bad and cheap design. Although the design has some flaws, we were most disappointed with the customer service. Anytime I reach out to 25home customer service about any issues - I feel so disregarded. We were first promised a quick shipping guarantee that items ship within 2 business days from the warehouse and shipping takes 3-5 more business days – our items took 12 business days to get delivered to us (we were on a tight timeline and unfortunately this messed with us) and when I reached out, they didn’t even apologize for the delay – they acted like it was out of their control. Another annoying matter was all our pieces were shipped at different schedules due to availability so only half of our items were delivered at first – which would have been fine but I had to reach out multiple times to get updates to when our other items would be delivered as there was no tracking number (I truthfully was nervous of this being a scam at first with their lack of communication – very unprofessional). It took nearly 3 months to get our ottoman shipped and I had to be the one reaching out for updates. Then after 6+ months, they emailed me to say the coffee table I originally ordered was discontinued (which they still have it listed on their website?) so I could get it in a different color or get a refund. I obviously expressed that I was upset with this news and brought up all the other issues we were upset by and all they offered was a free random pillow?! They wouldn’t even allow me to pick our which pillow I wanted – I once again expressed my discontent with their company and communicated that I don’t feel a random styled pillow was an appropriate compensation as they held onto my money for 6+ months…. the email I received back was here’s your refund and nothing else (they actually took away the offer of the free pillow lol). We spent nearly $4,000 with them and it feels as though they don't care the experience we had - they are just glad they have our money. I would not order from them again and it’s unfortunate because people always compliment our couch and I feel as though I can’t recommend them to family and friends due to our experience.
