Don’t buy. Incredibly cheap furniture !!! I bought a chair to be assembled. BAAAAAD everything is extremely BAD! Instructions don’t make sense. It’s not even English, just some words put together incoherently. Holes don’t line up. Screws don’t fit. Wood cracks when the screws go in. Screws poke out the wood. Numbers written in Sharpie on the wood. Seats made of cheap thin synthetic material and stapled on cardboard. FAKE REVIEWS. EXTREMELY SHADY ONLINE STORE! COULD NOT RETURN...

The literal worst furniture company to ever exist. We purchased a sectional, armchair and ottoman from them in mid July. We were promised delivery by the latest August 18th. After a lot of emails and constantly being told that our furniture wasn’t in stock, we were finally told it would be to us within 5-7 days. We were excited, but only for the shipping company they work with to tell us it will be another month before we receive our furniture. They are beyond shady and talk you into keeping your order, promising they will give you extra stuff with your order. We are still trying to cancel our order, but they are giving us an extremely difficult time. If I were to do it all over again, I would run far, far away from these people. Horrendous business model and operate on lies to keep customers.

The couch and chair are so comfy and the fabric feels nice. They seem very sturdy and well put together. Entire family loves them!! Even tho shipping took awhile and understandably so it still was worth the wait. 😊

Quality of furniture is poor, at best. Go anywhere else and you’ll be happier, trust me! I tried return the sofa but I was 10 days past the 30 day cutoff; understandably, they didn’t accept my plea for a return. I was willing to pay more out of pocket to get atleast a decent return back on the sofa but they didn’t care. Ontop of all that, the wait was unbearable. I waited 2.5 months for the delivery to be made, after I already paid. They offered me a busted nightstand as compensation. Hooray for me! Trust me, go somewhere else. You’ll find better quality furniture/sofas and better customer service. 25Home is a scam and I wish I said no to them originally, when I was going to look elsewhere for a sofa.

Nice couch, great customer service, delivery date on time as expected.

Ordered a table in January, for delivery within a week. After placing the order and paying, was informed the table is in “pre-production” and wouldn’t be ready until March. After many follow-ups and further delays, order was cancelled in July and refunded because the table never became available. Throughout this entire time, the item was showing as in stock and ready to ship on the website.

I took a chance to order from 25 Home as I have never heard of this online store. The site was easy to navigate and the pictures and descriptions of the products I wanted were accurate, clear and appealing! A great special touch was that a customer service representative, Louis, reached out to me by text right during the ordering process and offered discounts and made sure my orders were processed promptly and properly. That has helped me overcome any lingering doubt I had about ordering quite expensive furnitures online without ever seeing and touching them and convinced me that it is a legit merchant. The m any event, products arrived on time as promised and in great conditions. And thought out the process they provided timely updates on delivery status. I’m a happy customer and would order from them again!

This couch exceeded my expectations. It’s very sleek and modern. I love how it feels. I’m so happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone interested.
