The couch is like sitting on a rock. It literally feels like someone put sheets of plywood in the middle along with a few packing peanuts and stripped a layer of leather on top. Its awful. Sure it looks fine, but I have friends who are opting to sit on the floor rather than the couch because of how uncomfortable it is. For the price we paid, this is outrageous. Whatever you do- save your money this brand/company is not worth it. Quality is terrible.

I was skeptical at 1st and my couch did take what seemed like forever to recieve (which is typical from any big furniture purchase in my experience) but customer service ALWAYS replied within 24 hours with all my inquiries and was very helpful and reassuring. smooth delivery and the couch looks amazing and is sturdy. My 2nd purchase was the matching ottoman which said "limited stock" but shipped already within like 48 hours. Can't be mad at that! Set to arrive in a few days!

i ordered the camel chair which was supposed to be polyester filled. i am now seeing feathers. They were suppose to send couch covers but they sent something different. Difficult to deal with when thor is a problem

Ordered an all leather couch which took a month to arrive, and when it was finally delivered the delivery men were going to leave it at the bottom of the stairs - 2 tremendous boxes which would have prevented me from even closing my front door. I had to plead with them, but thankfully they were kind enough to take it up some stairs for me. The couch is beautiful but I had some issues with putting the legs on, and since there were no instructions included it made it more challenging for me. The holes were completely misaligned with the holes on the feet brackets as well! Beware of buying from them…sometimes it’s worth spending the extra money and going with a well-known and established company. I hope this company sees this review and realizes just how important customer service is. I repeatedly tried to contact the company but was ignored. One representative did email me but my concerns were not taken seriously and were minimalized. The sales person who texted me and was very available when he was trying to help me buy the couch, suddenly went completely silent. Extremely poor customer service all around. I will never buy from them again and could not comfortably recommend them to anyone.

I was hesitant at first to buy from this company as I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate or not. I can happily say they are legitimate and I am so happy with my purchase! I got a sofa and a chair. The color was perfect and they are quite comfy. The only small problem is that the cushions tend to wrinkle a little bit. Sunny from Customer Service was helpful and responsive! She answered all my questions and was able to have someone deliver the chair and sofa to my second story apartment. I would recommend this company!

This is my 2nd purchase and I'm again happy with the couch and their service. They delivered exceedingly well. The couch is very elegant and modern. Its comfortable and I love the cushions they provide. I would recommend it to anyone interested.
