247 drive made it possible for me to complete my 8 hour driving course while working two full time jobs. The mini quizzes make you able to pass the final exam on the first try. Only giving four stars because while taking the course I had to click multiple times, re login, and restart course to complete mini quizzes.

I would get an error message very…
I would get an error message very often. Even when I went to take the final exam, I was almost done and it gave me an error message so I had to start all over again. It is mostly reading and answering questions so if you are more of a visual learner, this is not the course for you. And the special does not include all the additional fees ($10 wet ink certificate fee, $7 testing fee, ect).

The course is comprised mostly of reading materials, with a few videos interspersed to affirm knowledge already gained in the reading. This will be true for other online courses as well.
We recognize that issues with the website and connectivity can and do arise, and some issues are beyond our control.
Our course is competitively priced with other Virginia online driver improvement programs. The prices you listed above are inaccurate.

Fix SW bug and implement honest fees disclosure and it will be perfect course.
What I liked about the class:
1. Well made, easy to read and quiz.
2. Large list of test sites
What I didn’t like:
1. The software has a bug: once starting quiz, you intermittently stuck in the middle and the system tells that you’re not authorized to continue. It took me hours to find that the only way I can continue the class, is to log out and log back in. Very annoying. I found couple years old feedback stating the same problem, but it still not fixed
2. Marketing: they attract you with super cheap price, but once you start the process, you discover hidden fees, like DMV fee, testing fee etc. So, after all, the course cost is comparable with competitors. I made similar class many years ago and paid approximately same amount, but all the fees were disclosed upfront, unlike here

247 drive experience not favor me at…
247 drive experience not favor me at all. The question in exam that was out of course syllabus. Questions was not in the lesions. Limited lesion practice & limited time to exam attend and not allow practice once course complete or fail exam. I don't recommend 247 as I didn't success exam. I was enroll this course myself. It was not improve my drive record.

The Terms & Conditions of our course clearly state that during your 60-day course access you can log in often as you would like and review the material as often as needed. All course materials (the course and final exam) meet or exceed state guidelines are approved by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. Furthermore, we offer unlimited final exam attempts until you successfully pass the test. While we understand you may be upset, the your review score inadequately reflects the substantive nature of your complaint: you failed to re-take the final exam until you successfully passed. Completion of the course material and successful passing of the final exam would have resulted in the course completion and would have likely helped you achieve your desired outcome.
