Excellent customer service, bugs in website with quzzes
Excellent customer service. However, website is "buggy," frequently kicking me out of quizzes, causing me to have to log out and log back in to proceed. Also, final exam was trickier than expected.

Our development team is working on resolving the issue. With regard to the final exam, our online driver improvement course meets and, in many instances, exceeds required curriculum guidelines set forth by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. All of the course materials have been vetted by the Department of Motor Vehicles, including the testing questions. We are glad to hear, however, that you did not have any issues with the final exam.

The questions are stupid in the quizzes…
The questions are stupid in the quizzes and final exams. Not difficult, but they word the questions very strange... I still passed first try no problem but it was very annoying the way they asked questions. Would recommend a difficult driving class.

At your own pace.
I enjoyed the convenience of taking the course at my own pace. I work 6 days a week and couldn't afford to lose time off from work. 247Drive made it possible for me to take care of what I needed. Thank you so very much.

Easy to read the information and mini…
Easy to read the information and mini quiz help me retain the reading material but it kept logging me out after every few questions.Also I have to drive 30 miles out to take the actual test and I have to pay 10 to use their computer after I paid 33.95 I would like a refund please because I could have spent the same amount of money at a local drive class when I thought I could test at least in my on city.

We recognize that issues with the website and connectivity can and do arise, and some issues are beyond our control. Our course is competitively priced with other Virginia online driver improvement programs. We strive to provide transparency in our business practices and therefore clearly list all of our prices on the website, to include on the front page and in the frequently-asked-questions page, as well as on the test sites page that lists any applicable test site user fees. We do make it clear that the student must take the final exam at one of our approved test sites--it's the student's responsibility to select an appropriate test site conveniently located to them. Our refund policy does clearly state that once course materials are accessed the student becomes ineligible to request a refund. When I would try to take a quiz after…
When I would try to take a quiz after each module, it would tell me that I didn't have access to that page. It would do that in the middle of a quiz, making it hard to complete each quiz in one sitting. Just would recommend they troubleshoot the technology behind that and fix it.
