Some of the pages glitched making them difficult to read. The audio add on was helpful when this happened.

Thank you for your great review. We are sorry to hear you encountered unexpected technical difficulties. We do suggest that you contact our office to help troubleshoot any issues you experience during your course subscription. This is the first notice we have received about this particular issue you describe; we would appreciate hearing from you in detail so we can have our web developer look into the matter further. 247drive

Overall satisfied
The experience is overall wonderful and it is very helpful that I got to take the whole course in a 10 day time period considering I would not have been able to do it all in one day due to having work. Only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’m a fast reader and there is a timer on each slide/page that decides when you can go on so it got a little annoying. I see the need for the timer but sometimes the time was a little outrageous.

Thank you for your review and sharing your thoughts! The Virginia DMV has reviewed and vetted all materials presented. The DMV requires a driver improvement course to be a minimum of 8 hours in length. Our learning management system has a built-in timer that is configured for each individual training module, and we have allotted a certain amount of time for each training module so that they total 8 hours. We recognize that students learn and read at different speeds; this was the best way to address the time requirement and meet students' needs. We must abide by these DMV regulations; they cannot be changed by the individual driver improvement clinic. 247drive

Thank you for your great review! We appreciate your feedback and wanted to provide a little insight. All materials presented in the course have been reviewed and vetted by the Virginia DMV, to include all questions in the module review quizzes and final exam. The module review quiz questions serve as a sample of the questions that you may see on the final exam, but you should not infer that these same questions will appear on the final exam as the final exam draws from a much larger bank of test questions. The final exam test questions draw from all of the materials presented in the training modules. 247drive

The help with reading really helped me
Everything was good except maybe it would be good to offer reading the questions and answers for people who have reading problems? Also I found that a few times it insinuated the course had been completed when I was far from done.

Thank you for your great review! We appreciate your feedback and wanted to provide a little insight. The audio read-along option was introduced in 2022. However, the website's design limits us to only implementing it on the training modules, not on the module review quizzes and final exam. 247drive

The modules are very straightforward and easy to get through. I was able to finish the course before the 8-hour timeframe, but had to wait the entire 8-hours to complete the final exam.

Thank you for your great review! Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course regardless of how fast or slow you move through the training materials. 247drive
