Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete the course and successfully pass a final exam; the final exam must be taken at a pre-approved test site in Virginia. We have carefully vetted our vendors that serve as test sites, and all of them have been approved by the Virginia DMV. We do not offer test sites in every area of the state, but we strive to strike up and maintain relationships with businesses in convenient locations in order provide this service to the community. We recognize that issues with the website and connectivity can and do arise, and some issues are beyond our control. We are deeply committed to protecting our students' privacy, and it is challenging to provide a learning environment that balances ease-of-use with safeguarding privacy. We would like to share with you that our site was built from the ground-up to provide exceptional student identity safety and a user-friendly interface. We hope you do not judge our company (or all of our vendors) based on this one experience.
