purchased 2/27/24, received 5 days later & not the quantity that they had advertised. They emailed label, i returned item, confirmation of return on March 11th, told refund 5-7 business days. called two days ago said it was pending, called today two days later told 7-10 days had not been processed yet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FALSE ADVERTISING, SLOW TO REFUND THieves

I used a promo code for my last 2 orders that was promoted on the website to get a discount on my bulk order. They only send partial shipments of my last 2 orders, therefore not giving me bulk pricing for the items I did receive. I feel scammed and there was zero transparency. I submitted an email to customer service and never got a response.

Does Amazon Accepts Their Invoice or Not?

Called their call center to order meds for my pet and got a rep in a call center in Africa. Since they got acquired by PetCareRx this past January for 36 million dollars their customer service has been awful. Long wait times, phone service interruptions and customer service reps who don't speak English that well. I'll be using Chewy now for all my pet needs.

The company is plagued by poor financial performance and technical issues. A recent "system-wide upgrade" canceled customer's Auto-Ship meds so customers who were expecting a shipment didn't get it. Rather than owning up and proactively informing customers of the error they simply waited for customers to figure it out on their own and call. Once calls started their Support team could not keep up with calls and it created a backlog of orders that caused more delays. Any company can experience technical issues however not being honest and proactively disclosing the issue to your bread-and-butter customers (autoship) shows a lack of integrity at the highest levels of management. Once trust is gone, especially for a pharmacy, bankruptcy is next.

For starters I was on hold for customer service for over 40 minutes while the phone spewed their advertising. Originally the computer told me I was in for a 23 minute wait, but that got increased as it spewed another 20 minutes. However this time allowed me to research the Better Business Bureau's experience with them. The instances of outright fraud were amazing. So, when they finally picked up after 40 minutes, I gave the representative (Debby) a synopsis of what I had learned during my wait time, and told her I changed my mind about doing business with them. Somehow she didn't sound surprised. WHEW- I dodged that bullet!

Please avoid this place at all costs. I thought it would be convenient to have my pet's meds sent directly to me instead of going to the vet. Shipped late, got lost during shipment and finally arrived. I need an invoice to submit to my pet insurance. After numerous emails, chats and phone calls, they have yet to give me an invoice. You cannot generate one off their website. Every single time I talk to them they tell me I'll have it in a few days. Now weeks have past. Also, emails were never replied to, chat and phone calls to usually over 1/2 hour to get through. I called Chewy.com. They answer their phones with no wait. I can actually generate an invoice right on the website. Petmeds are scammers as far as I'm concerned. Get your meds from your vet or chewy.

Avoid buying from PetMeds if at all possible... I HIGHLY recommend sticking with Chewy and more reliable pet supply companies. I ordered my dog's prescription food 11 days ago and it still has not shipped. The chat function on their website is useless. I have now had multiple agents tell me that they "will have someone from our order specialist dept to contact the vendor to see what is going on with the order and tracking." The agent continued to say, "I do know it does take 2 to 3 business days for the vendor to ship out the order." When you order with Chewy you receive your item at your door 2-3 days after you order it.
