Absolutely terrible customer service! I will not be purchasing anything from this company again and would strongly advise others to consider shopping elsewhere. Avoid the aggravation and hassle. I received my order which consisted of dog food and bones in 3 shipments. They put two thin bully sticks in an enormous box - completely wasteful. Some of the items were missing that I ordered and I reached out to them 4x. They lie and said it was shipped, then not shipped, they can’t tell the status, they’ll replace the item, etc. Could not get the story straight. The issue has still not been resolved and we’re going on 10 days. I threatened to dispute the charge with my bank.

Terrible customer service, no idea on shipping timing for dog food. Would not use them again.

The worst company to do business with in my experience. Customer service is deaf...they are on automatic and not fine tuned to customer requests. Even though we repeatedly asked for them to reach out to our vet via the online portal and to not use fax as a contact ( because our vet does not respond to fax requests) they repeatedly faxed RX confirmation requests instead of calling or using the online vet portal system. This resulted in our senior dog not getting the pain meds he requires in a timely fashion and we had to play tag with PetMeds and make constant phone calls to follow up and to track down the status of his pain meds. Now that we have stopped using PetMeds and have unsubscribed from all emails, they are still barraging us with automated emails to refill his meds. We have requested our account and all data to be deleted and to confirm deletion, and they have not. Find another company to do business with, they are completely inept. (They do not even deserve a 1 star but it is required)

It's been a week and I've contacted them 3 times and they still have no idea when my dog's food will ship. Also it turns out they don't ship it themselves, they have a vendor that does and they won't say whom the vendor is or give you contact information to find out when it will ship, also there is no option to cancel the order. Would not recommend this company.

Although most of the time this company performs acceptably, I had a terrible experience yesterday. The pharmacist failed to call my vet for authorization. However, the company assured me that the prescription would go out overnight yesterday as long as the vet called the pharmacist directly before 5 PM EST, which he did. The prescription was not shipped until today, Friday, May 24, 2024, so I won’t get it until Monday if I’m lucky.

I ordered an item on May 1st. Realized it was the wrong item. Immediately chatted with CS rep and she said she cancelled the order and refunded my PayPal account. To my surprise the item arrived a few days later. Checked my PayPal account and no credit was issued. I have chatted with Customer Service three times and told I would have my money within 7-10 days. It has been 20 days. Just chatted with CS again and they told me the refund processing has been delayed. The item I purchased has been shipped back and I should have kept it because I'm convinced I will never receive my money back. In total they owe me $134.00, so it isn't a small amount of money. I did file a complaint with PayPal, so hopefully that works for me.

Horrible experience! I got notification my Heartguard was shipped 4/12/24 by the 4/19 when I had not received it I called to find out what the hold up was. I was told they were waiting on my vet to authorize, which I found interesting because my vet is super responsive. So I called my vet who answered on the 2nd ring like always and was told they have nothing for my dog, we currently live at the vet because he has heart worms so I know they weren't lying to me. I called Pet med back and they said hold on we are contacting the vet on the phone now we will contact you if any issues, I left my cell and asked for a call if unable to get authorize after call. I receive no call and no shipping notification so I call Pet Med again the following day only to be given the same song and dance. This am I get an email from Pet Med while at the vet stating they are trying to contact my vet for authorization, I show it to the Vet and she looks, nothing from Pet Med at which she offered to call them herself directly. I declined I can't do business with a company that doesn't take the health of my dog seriously or at the very minimum practice good customer service.

I’d give a lower review if possible. Do yourself a favor don’t order from this company. Customer service is poor. Shipments are late. Quick to hangup and not listen on calls to confirm orders. Customer service works remotely and there are small children in background. Customer service makes mistakes regularly and puts pets health at risk. Use another company for your pets health. Purina is not a good brand for dogs or cats, yet it’s promoted and pushed via pet meds. Horrible customer service. Mistakes constantly. Long hold times. Don’t use this company.
