The lady I spoke to was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. UPS had delivered my package to the wrong place, and I was just hoping you folks could help track down the package. Instead you sent me out a replacement bottle of medicine for my dog. I'm so grateful. Thank you PetMeds!

The issue was resolved by the phone call and the rep was nice and helpful

Cheryl helped me place my new order, updated profiles, offered a discount and got info from the pharmacist. She even upgraded my shipping to expedite my order at no charge. She went above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

Repeatedly declined transactions under the guise there was an issue with my credit card. This is intentionally done to obfuscate the issue of denying the sale for other reasons. My credit cards weren't the issue, their website was. I used a promo code that they failed to honor.

1800Pet Meds sent me expired prescriptions. After 2 days and lots of phone calls they have not returned the call. They emailed and said they would refund. No apologies or reasons for the expired medication of July 2024. It's August 2024. First-time customer. Last time, customer. I have photos of the product past the expiration date. The response below is CYA. Buyer beware. Update: they refunded my money

I tried Petmeds out on an autoship order. I cancelled the autoship and months later still got another box and charge on my credit card. I returned all items (what a hassle) but it took weeks to get a refund. I even had petmeds confirm my autoship was cancelled after that. I just got another receipt for an order being shipped from the same cancelled autoship - They won't stop! I will be disputing it with my credit card company - Petmeds needs to seriously work on their system and how to manage orders!

Such lovely people (Ruth and Jessica). They were very sympathetic and sensitive to my situation and very helpful and professional and easily resolved the matter. A wonderful company!
