I ordered my contacts on a Sunday but I needed it by Friday so I did 2-3 day shipping and didn’t get contacted until 2 days before my event about how my contacts were not correct; they overnighted my contacts but I did not get them until Saturday evening and the receipt said it was more money and that it would arrive the following Sunday. I understood but I didn’t like it. Nonetheless what saved this horrible exper Was the very friendly girl on the phone who helped me… hated that I had to pay more though for an RX I uploaded and they verified and confirmed that it was good

1800contacts is absolutely the best! I'll never stop using them. They take such good care of their customers! I have two new puppies and when my contacts came they got into the box and destroyed them. I800contacts had no obligation to do anything to help me. However they replaced the order. Great customer service.
