Great customer service !!
I had a wonderful customer service agent, she was very kind, patient & most all knowledgable. In all the yrs I’ve been buying from 1-800 Contacts, I never knew about there but back program which was great cuz it afforded me the ability to buy more contacts right outta the gate. Ty so much for that !!🤗

The experience was pleasant
The experience was pleasant. The person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and it was an easy transaction. I do recall hearing that if the contacts were not working for me I could return the unopened contacts. I will let my doctor know. What do you advise I do?

Each time there is no issue with order…
Each time there is no issue with order and delivery! I’ve had contacts that were delivered that were not functioning and they were replaced. I always use 1800contacts!
