I've been waiting for replacement lenses that have been on back order now since May. Now its July and I've been told several stories, most recently they're on back order for another 4 to 8 weeks. So I'm waiting 16 weeks? They offered the replacements after I scored them low on a survey. I did not call and complain or beg for a free pair of lenses. In all honesty , 5 contacts have been no good. But don't promise something and then 5 emails later just start ignoring me.
