Very easy to re-order contacts, downloading prescriptions and updating addresses. I’ve used this site for at least 6 years and they gave the lowest prices I’ve found.

I made an online purchase a few days ago thinking that it would be a good option for me since I already have my indications from my pupils, I make the purchase, I pay, without knowing that they will not send it to me until I send my medical prescription for my optical graduation. Which I don't have because I get an eye out of my face to make an appointment that they will surely give me in 1 month when what I need is to be able to SEE. So at that very moment I call cancellation and they verify that yes, my order has been canceled and apparently everything looked fine. Until today they tell me that they are already on their way when I had already "canceled it." Now it is my responsibility to return the package that I myself had already taken my time to be able to cancel and avoid problems like this. I still have to wait 3-10 business days (when we all know that it will take until the last day to make the transaction) and dedicate my time to deliver and return a package that I had already canceled when this error was not on my part.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We are so sorry to hear about the issues regarding the prescription requirement and the subsequent shipping of an order you believed was canceled. We recognize the inconvenience this situation has caused you, especially having to manage the return of a package that should not have been sent. We are committed to improving our processes to ensure a smoother experience for all our customers and your feedback helps.

Excellent customer service. A person answers my call EVERY time instead of the usual recording with other companies. Love it.
