Such an easy process!
It was so easy to get on and order my contacts. Their website is easy to navigate, and the delivery was really quick. I got back on after receiving my contacts and ordered glasses. That process was super easy.I could try frames on virtually. Will definitely purchase again from them!

Pathetic
Pathetic. This is the second set of contacts that I ordered to be sent to my Maryland Home, 17331 Avenleigh Drive. The second time I am sure I changed the default to Maryland, On both occasions the contacts were shipped to my Florida condominium. THe lenses are worthless to me there.

I would make it negative if I could
I would make it negative if I could. I have used this company for years with no trouble but the last six months have been awful. They never have my contacts in stock. They aren’t an exotic brand. They don’t inform you of this, either. They just wait around until you ask. I wear colored contacts and chose THREE different colors and they were out of stock on all of them. I’ll never use again.

Excellent experience
I have never used an online eyewear store before. 1-800 contacts is the first time ever to buy from and it was a fantastic!! Experience!! I made a mistake on my first order and had to call and a person picked up right away no waiting and fixed the problem in a second. My order was shipped out in hours. I've had no issues with my contacts so far.
