I can call at anytime and always speak to a HUMAN! I text with customer service and they immediately get back to me. They will give me credit for unused contacts. They make using my insurance a breeze. This company is easy to work with and they make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase and my experience. I have used them for years to buy my contacts.

Overall, I love 1800Contacts. Easy to order, delivery is fast and being able to text the helpdesk team is great! I’ve only had one issue which is my most recent purchase. I recently got a new contact prescription, uploaded it to the site, I selected the same contacts I’ve been using but it did not give me an option to change the contact lens RX. But I made the mistake thinking when my purchase was confirmed they would look at my most up to date prescription and question if anything needed to be changed since I’ve always been asked in the past if I needed to upload a new prescription.

We appreciate your kind words about our ordering process. Thanks for sharing your concern regarding the recent prescription update and the inability to change your contact lens RX during your latest purchase. So sorry for the hiccup on that. We are always working to improve our system to ensure a seamless experience when updating prescriptions and placing orders and this helps us so much. .
